This was a stay over after flying into Heathrow on our way to the Dales. We have stayed here before and always enjoy our stay. Great breakfast in the morning. A nice welcome to the UK

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. The breakfast was good also. The breakfast on the second though kept running out of hot items. When asked they said they had a staffing problem The beds were so uncomfortable especially the sofa bed. I slept in the sofa bed with my youngest. I was awake most of the night in Agony. Slept in the main bed on the second night and it wasn’t much better. The hotel was situated close to where we need to be so that was great.

NICE HOTEL DO NOT PARK IN THE CAR PARK IF YOU OWN A VAN NEARLY EVERY TIME I VISIT A VAN HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO

No hot water

Easy check in, very pleasant staff, check if everything was okay. Lovely breakfast in the morning kept fresher and fresh. Room was clean everything was working nice quiet.

Close to central mk, nice rooms right never to a restaurant

Everything about this hotel was basic. Room. Decor tired, staff unwelcoming. Breakfast basic uninteresting. Hotel appeared to be in middle of industrial estate. No character and forgettable.

Uncomfortably cold in the public area. Aircon blowing cold air at 9pm!! The room heating fan so weak it couldnt extinguish a candle if tested. Breakfast was fine and the staff were superb

Great hotel and facilities Fab breakfast

The hotel itself was fine but avoid the food! The room was a good size, clean and adequately furnished, and the bed was comfy. We’re ordered a plant-based burger which was inedible - couldn’t get my knife though it! I did get a full refund but that’s not the point.

Lovely hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable clean room. Free easy parking. Lovely breakfast included in the price. Reasonable price per night. Easy to book a taxi from reception... a nice pub/restaurant 1 minute away. Fully recommend

My room is next to a corridor firedoor which bangs loudly every time someone goes through. The bang reverberates and keeps waking me up. Too late to go down and request a change of room as I’m in bed. It’s stressful and I don’t know how I’m going to get to sleep. I’m furious.

Quick stop over on the way up North. Staff were very pleasant. Has a large carpark and a pub nearby. Would be handy to have some EV chargers installed.
