Good stay

The staff at this hotel are truly kind and hospitable, which made our stay so much more pleasant. The property is well kept and also recently renovated. They offer a tangible hot breakfast served with a pleasant smile. From the front desk to wait staff and housekeeping, service with excellence is offered. There is only one opportunity to make a first impression and you all made a lasting one. Will return to this hotel once I am in the area. Thanks so much for a lovely stay at your hotel.

We were there out of state for a concert. The manager was kind and helpful. The main issue was we were unable to connect our Playstation 5 to your internet. There seem to be a block with the router or something. We were unable to pull up the screen to log in with the password. Maybe it would be mire feasible for the WiFi to be open at first so youre able to access the net to log in with your room info to connect. Its 2025, and WiFi isn't needed for phones anymore due to unlimited data and no roaming. People like toplay video games and stream Netflix/hulu etc on the concole through the tv in their room. We pay a decent amount of money to stay here.

Nice quiet stay. Bed was super comfortable. Checkin and checkout was fast. Good stay.

Reasonably priced, convenient to downtown Columbus, and complementary breakfast. No smart tv in rooms, so couldn’t logon to Netflix or Amazon prime etc, but the room was clean and comfortable.

The property is newly renovated and beautiful. Check was easy and staff was very friendly. They are located right off the highway near restaurants

I recommend this hotel. It was clean and quiet. The woman who serves breakfast does an excellent job of keeping things stocked, and she keeps it all so clean. It was a good breakfast selection. The only downside was that they were under some renovations. Our room seemed to be done, maybe they were still working on others. Anyway, the back parking lot had storage pods, discarded toilets, and other materials all over so that no one could park in the back. Parking was a challenge. Also, the view out our window was a bunch of discarded toilets. When construction is done, all should be excellent.

Very clean. The room we stayed in was recently renovated; nicely done. Front desk: Tammy, Rukhsana, and Huna (from food services), were ALL exceptionally courteous and accommodating. A gentleman, whose name I don't recall, promptly addressed a bathroom issue in Rm #205. We have no complaints.

Charged over booking price on room and security deposit and did not receive deposit back despite the room being in the same condition it was in when I arrived. There was no warning ahead of time that there was construction going on in the hotel and that pounding would begin at 8am and last all day. The service was horrible, the stay was horrible, and overcharged by over $100.
