Another excellent stay enjoyed by a regular visitor. Particularly like the peaceful residents lounge - have a few relaxing pints after a days work.

Lovely location, very clean and tidy place has everything you could ask for. Very reasonably priced!

Room not as clean as could be. Told to leave bathroom light on as extractor fan needs to take smell of the river water away.

We were warmly welcomed, and even though we had arrived just as they were preparing to close the restaurant, they kept a table for us, and as it happens, some other latecomers. The food was freshly prepared, and worth the wait. In the morning the courtesy continued, attentive without being overbearing. Setting was good too. Highly recommended.

Upon check in it was apparent it was under new management/ownership, the changes are still in process but did not impede on my stay. The room was delightful, spacious, clean and exactly what was described. Staff were helpful, cheerful and a pleasure. Dinner was delicious and wine choices good, Breakfast was perfect. with really good coffee.

We were welcomed warmly at Reception and shown where our room was. We had access to a lovely sitting area with comfy couches. Our room was spacious and very clean. Had towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. The price for the room was extremely good value and I would definitely return.

Convenient location. Lovely breakfast. Staff very helpful when we needed extra heat and towels. Quiet and good value... Easy and quick waves to the broads.

Enjoyable stay

The hotel is well located close to river and not too far from Wroxham. The road is quite busy so it was a bit noisy during the night, especially with the windows open. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

This is good for the price. Room spacious. Some comfortable sofas in lounge. Next to the river and also main road but remarkably quiet. Good night's sleep. Staff friendly. Main dining room a bit soulless. Decent outside space. Breakfast Good. Evening meal ok. Not bad at all.

Lovely garden room and complex would visit again

Room was bright and a good size, en-suite needed more light and the shower was fairly average! On the plus side, the restaurant was excellent, both evening meal and breakfast! service was was very friendly and attentive! Location was a bit too remote for my liking but would not rule out a return visit!

We had a garden room and found it was very spacious and clean, large bathroom not often rooms exceed expectation but it was very good. Staff were very friendly but we felt staff in the restaurant area needed direction (if they had just started this would explain it) guests were kept waiting to long for orders to be taken and service in general. Food was average, breakfast mediocre, scrambled eggs and mushrooms had been overcooked.

We stayed here previously and liked it. It has since changed hands, and we still really like it. The staff were efficient and helpful, and there was nothing we didn't like.

Clean room, staff extremely friendly. Sad notes: the food price too high compared to London but overall good quality.

Unfortunately we had a meal that had to be taken back which was taken off our bill. We had been out early to go on the broads for the day. When we got back to the hotel to book a table for 3 and was only to be told that the tables were fully booked. Looking at the tables outside and inside that was not the case, we had to resolve to getting a Chinese takeaway delivered to the hotel, where we had to eat it outside on a tree log as the hotel refused to allow us to eat out on the patio of the hotel. There was no resolution to this, we will not be returning to this hotel again. Words of advice book your table for the duration of your stay!!

Friendly service, good food and a comfy bed. Lovely location next to the Broads and 10 mins from beach

Extemded my stay and they kindly kept me in the same room.

Rooms were big and clean. Food was nice . Breakfast was good just had to wait about an hour to get it. Staff friendly and polite.
