The hotel is in a nice area in Pigal with lots of traditional shops nearby and great choice of restaurants . The metro station is not far away , and the other bonus for us was the breakfast if wanted in the hotel restaurant which was ideal for us before heading down to the French open .

Not a great stay, room were not clean , staff was not very good to talk to.

Great location. Loads of cafes and shops nearby. Room a bit on the small side but perfect as a base.

Our room was clean and decent size.Beds were comfortable. The large glass windows opened to busy street. Open windows to cool down room and close to muffle noise. Elevator is very small, but works just fine. No refrigerator or microwave. Bathroom was clean and large enough for one person. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

I would definitely stay here again. It is located in a vibrant neighborhood. The wifi in the room itself was very poor

Wifi did not work. Staff were not helpful upon arrival. No water / any amenities in room. The rooms are so close to one another that you can hear everything throughout the night including very loud guests. Bed was comfy - that was the only positive. Lift was so tiny I couldn’t fit my luggage in. Good location but wouldn’t bother as I had the worst nights sleep in a while.

Great location. For two nights, we were happy with our stay there.

Large rooms for family with children. We stayed in the 6th floor and it had a nice balcony view. The small elevator is good for luggage but it only goes up to the 5th floor. A lot of restaurants around and easy access to transportation. Small shower but the space and view makes up for it.

Clean room. Close proximity to places. There is an elevator but it is small and will only allow one person.

The room was in very good condition, clean & tidy and very comfortable, the Area around the hotel is incredibly vibrant and busy, which is excellent & convenient, I do feel that at times the lobby smelt of cigarette smoke which was a little off putting

One of the male staff ( dark skin ) at the front desk was extremely nasty, rude , bad manner, unfriendly I think he should not be at that position

Clean and spacious room, excellent street and neighbourhood, great staff which was very kind and we could leave our luggage in a stored room before and after check in. Definitely recommend!

Bad experience, the room we originally booked had mold in it and I have a strong allergy, I was sick the whole time. They moved us to a different room which also had mold in it so to fix the problem they had a painter paint over the mold. We were forced to stay because it was too late and we were too busy to switch hotels. Une très mauvaise expérience.
