Staff was friendly, pool was nice! I enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommend.

The property is beautiful. I would definitely stay again. The only complaint would be the lounge on the top floor where we ate the first night. The service was very slow and when we asked for dessert they said they could only provide 2 desserts instead of 3. We also asked for additional drinks and were never served. Finally I would say that watching the World Cup final on mute/silent in the lounge was a real let down. I am not sure who would want to watch a final game in silence. When I asked about this I was just told they were not allowed to have any volume on. Not the biggest deal but still odd. The pool is amazing, breakfast is worth including and the property is lovely. Rooms are very nice and spacious.

Great hotel. Good service. Very clean and AC was excellent as rooms stayed cold at night during the summer heat. However, upkeep was slightly lacking with a few soaps missing and battery of the safe inoperative. Easily fixed with a call to housekeeping. Indoor pool was out of service, but outdoor pool made up for it. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Hotel was nicely redone and finished in 2026. Rooms new, facilities in great shape. Staff were excellent. It is a bit of an up hill walk so be prepared, especially if it is hot out, you'll be showering when getting back to hotel from town.

Complete relaxation! We appreciated everything the Hilton had to offer with its beautiful modern conveniences. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and the wait staff in the restaurants and our housekeeping staff in particular were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us to easily stroll to the busier shopping and restaurant district. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others we know traveling to Sorrento.

The palace is the best place to stay in Sorrento! Staff is amazing and the property has everything you could ask for. Extremely accommodating staff!!

The hotel was nice, great location, friend front desk staff as well as the house keeping staff. The facility is huge and our room was spacious. Breakfast was included and it was fine. The only thing I’d say showers were on the smaller end. I recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, 12 min walking distance to the city of Sorrento. Rooms are beautiful, modern and recently renovated, so everything is brand new. The pools are gorgeous and refreshing, with nice sundecks in the pools, free cabana beds, and plenty of seating with umbrellas. My only complaint is lack of an adults only area. There were a lot of screaming kids with parents who couldn’t care less about their behavior. There is a great kid zone area at the opposite end of the pool entrance, so parents are unlikely to discover it. There is a pavilion with kids activities and two pools perfect for children. The pool attendants should encourage parents with children u see 10 to head to this area, because everyone would be much happier. Staff at the front desk are accommodating and very responsive. The breakfast is amazing, with a delicious array of local favorites as well as fresh pressed orange juice. There is also a cute kids breakfast zone where they can serve themselves. The botanical garden is a lovely place to take photos, as well as the rooftop at sunset.
