The staff were very friendly and it is good location 10 minutes to shopping center. The hotel has late checkout and nice breakfast bar. However, When I arrived at the airport I couldn’t find the shuttle to the hotel and was told by other shuttle drivers to call the hotel reception. I tried to call multiple times but nobody answered. I got onto one of the holiday inn express shuttle , the driver told me that this shuttle doesn’t go to this holiday inn express location but he can drop me.

The stay was excellent. The service was excellent and the food was excellent.

Good clean stay

Overall a very good property but the room was a little on the on the utilitarian side. Would I stay here again? maybe.

Not much access to dining in the area and not convenient for reaching the interstate quickly. Clean but partially broken toilet. Could have been a better experience.

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The stay was just okay. The rooms could use some work, as the walls had some very obvious cracking in the bathroom area. There were soft spots in the bathtub. The water in the shower barely got warm, & the water pressure was terrible. 🙁

Small hotel, big comfort, extremely clean

Convenient location. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Room was next to elevator so heard humming sound from that during night. Also, loud sound of plane or a train during the night. Breakfast was usual fare. Overnight stay, part of road trip.

Nice room but the carpets need to be replaced.

My stay at this hotel was great and for sure I will return. The hotel is clean, offers a varied breakfast, has amazing staff and offers a shuttle so it is easy to get there from the airport.

Great room; hospitable staff, cookies in the lobby (although extremely overbaked), nice decor. Fantastic breakfast with bacon!

Very clean, professional staff, good breakfast.

The staff is top notch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Clean and well appointed. Don’t park close to trees/bushes, as ants got into our car, but the manager was so great about helping us get them cleaned out.
