Good hotel

Excellent location just minutes from the cutest underground stations Metro 1. Our room was spacious and situated in the street off the main boulevard. Only criticism was the bathroom towels. They were in need of replacing as very hard, thin and a bit grey!

Our classic room was small but clean. As the hotel was full we had no option to change room unfortunately. We liked the eco credentials of the hotel but the towels were old, slightly discoloured and didn't smell particularly fresh nor fluffy. The restaurant evening menu was varied and the food was excellent. Likewise the breakfast buffet.

Stayed at the Ambassador suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Daily breakfast was included and very good qualityClose to shopping, public transportation. Received late checkout which was very helpful. Would suggest improving the quality of towels

Staying at Mamaison Hotel Andrassy Budapest was a treat. The location is convenient, being a 3- to 5-minute walk from the tram station. Though this hotel is 4-star and on the expensive side, it’s definitely worth the price as you’ll get what you pay for. If you like variety, breakfast at this hotel is definitely for you. There are so many options, and the food was fantastic.

Hotel was nice and friendly, but disappointed with the quality of the pillows and mattress on the pull out sofa bed considering we stayed in the ambassador suite. Also our mini bar had a half drunk Pepsi in it - easily sorted when we spoke to reception but thought this would have been checked. Our beds were not made after the first night and towels replaced were not enough for the guests staying in the room. That being said, the hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth having and good value for money. Would venture back and stay here.

Poor internet-connection

Fantastic restaurant.

Very nice hotel. A little isolated. Friendly staff. The restaurant is nice and the staff welcoming but the food was only ok. The room and bathroom were wide and comfortable. The towels were awful and I can not get use to sleep with an individual blanquet/duvet. The pillow and mattress were comfortable. Aomething to improve is that it was cold in the afternoonin October...and the heating system was set for summer time, and this could not heat up the room.

Excellent property in a beautiful part of the city. This is the second time that we have staid her and will definitely return for our next stay in Budapest.

Wonderful hotel. Such amazing bilingual, helpful, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Room was large & clean. Stunning area with beautiful scenery & family activities near by. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a brilliant time.

The room has a smoke smell and the bath towels are old.
