Room was confortable, clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bathroom somewhat outdated but funcional with an excelent shower! Gym center very nice. Breakfast was nice. Personnel fantastic! Congrats to the staff

Wry comfortable hotel, clean rooms, great service

The property is very centrally located, but the rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms.

I didn’t give 5 stars to Property Conditions item because the floor of my room (1407) has very notorious scratches. This exception, has no impact over the excellent experience I had as a guest. I definetely would stay back at this hotel!. Thank you!

For a relatively expensive hotel, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. Almost all of the towels and sheets had stains and holes. I spilled some water, and wiped it up with a towel, and the towel came away covered in brown dirt - so they were not mopping the place effectively at all.

Stayed 5 nights on a business trip. Positives;Really helpful front desk staff, well-located in the financial district. Had a deluxe room, it was big but pretty standard in terms of decor Negatives: helipad on top on the small swimming pool terrace, lots of aircraft noise,clunky AC system going off and on every 5 mins and making a noise when it does

I reserved a type of room and the bed sizes didnt meet the description. They even charged me extra for a sofa bed even the sizes were wrong. Bad idea to stay there, not good service, low quality… great location though

Amenities were almost non existing. Breakfast quality has gone down.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Best I have seen in Brazil. It’s truly luxury and modern. Especially if you are foreigner, this will meet your expectations better than most hotels in Brazil. Be cautious to book from app like Expedia to avoid high prices. The front desk prices are very high.

what i like was the staff what could improve is the rooms, that didnt have tea pot or coffe machine.....

Location is great. Centrally located with easy access to the best of São Paulo city. Property is old and not well kept. I had chipped and broker furniture in the room I stayed. The spa does not have locker rooms. There is one shared bathroom only. That is the only option to change before and after a massage.

it was a very safe, clean unit, and well decorated. Only negative is the water or at least 2 small bottles of water should be free per day, and the hotel bar, says their open til 1am, when in fact its not. well managed, happy and friendly staff and on their game for recommendations and places to go to.
