The room was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept.

Short but pleasant 2 night stay. Hotel room is clean and staff are friendly. Minibar is included. But the free internet service was a bit slow.

It’s a good Novotel with quite nice rooms, although the gym and sauna are quite poor/dated and the staff could be a bit more attentive. Overall nothing to complain about but also nothing to praise

Wow. Great place to stay. Loved everything. Good location and very helpful staff.

The room and the property are very good. The room is comfortable and clean. The bathroom is modern and has a nice shower. Wifi is consistent with high bandwidth. There is a restaurant and bar next to the lobby. Food quality and service are hnhoffa. The hotel is directly across from the subway and just a few stops away from the Hauptbahnhoff.

A typical Novotel. Nothing special but clean as you would expect.

We just visit this hotel a stop destination after long driving. It was good to chose Karlsruhe and this hotel. It is located in very good distance from city centre and easy access to the rail station and buses.

One night I got so drunk that I feel asleep in front of the bench that’s right outside the elevator doors of the 4th floor. I was in my underwear and had to go down to the lobby to get a card. The front desk guy didn’t make it awkward and didn’t laugh at me or freak out. Would definitely stay here again since the beds are comfortable and the bench wasn’t a bad place to sleep either.

Good hotel

Modern hotel in a convenient location to the center of town and train station. However our room was very warm and the only way to cool it off was to open the windows. Unfortunately our room faced the street so lots of street noise disrupted our sleep.

Best place in the city center of Karlsruhe. Very nice hotel.

On arrival I wanted to upgrade my room and was told NO because I had booked via you. I wanted to entertain guests and put bar and restaurant charges on my room, avoiding cash transactions putting pressure on my guests. I was told NO as I had paid for the room in advance. Unhelpful and unfriendly.
