Check in area and reception area absolutely beautiful well maintained …outside of that …rooms are in decay and dirty, linens were stained and dirty, paint peeling…

There is no beach! The pictures and title are completely false advertising. The nearest beach is a 10 min drive. I confronted the front desk and they apologized saying they removed the pictures from their website but Expedia is still choosing to use fake pictures. The manager even agreed to work with Expedia for a partial refund but Expedia denied the request. I will never use Expedia again after this deceit.

the room have a few thing like hair in the bathroom but nothing else. in general it was everything ok

First and foremost, the property is a beautiful property. The rooms were clean. The pool area was very nice. This place is called Rincon Beach Resort. The biggest problem I had there was no beach. If you look at pictures, you can see there was a beach at one time. Unfortunately, I was stuck by the pool the whole time and was never ever able to enjoy the beach. When you pay the money you pay for this type of property it should have the amenities that are promised. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property to anybody that is looking for the beach. If you just love sitting by the pool, this is the spot for you. There is another resort down the street that is named Rincon By The Sea, they have a beach that you can enjoy. Their property seemed a little bit more dated, but it had a beautiful beach that you can enjoy the ocean while you’re on the Caribbean island.

We loved RBR! It's a beautiful resort with an awesome pool, swim-up bar (seasonal) and hot tub, and a pool grill. There's even a kiddie pool. The ocean views are incredible, and it even has a small private beach. Unlike most hotels, you can open your windows and hear the waves. The rooms have a small refrigerator. The shower was great--good pressure. The hotel grounds are beautiful--really well kept and a lobby bar with TVs. We had one breakfast and one dinner in the restaurant and both were very good. Try the breakfast sandwich! The location to Rincon was good--close, but very quiet. I highly recommend it. Rincon has amazing restaurants. We liked El Atika, Taqueria Vatos Locos, and Gylro.

The room's toilet wasn't flashing. Called the personnel who replaced a rubber part but that didn't fix the problem because it was another part (pump) not working. It's disgusting having to lift the cover and touch the pump from time to time. I was there for a wedding and didn't have time to wait for them to come back again to fix it. The room looked somewhat run down. Old towels etc.

The area was perfect and staff was great

the room had a musty smell, a curtain was broken, and the shower stall could’ve been cleaned better, the glass shower door was dirty with soap scum. Also the room could have more outlets. the outlet that’s between the beds is more towards one side of a bed instead of the middle. the lamp has no usb, no micro usb outlet. inconvenient to the patrons. the price was excessive and the jacuzzi water was cold. amenities that are expected to work properly for the price of the rooms.
