Our stay at the Santa Fe Hilton Vacation Club Villas was just fantastic. Every single person on staff we talked with was extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a great location, with just a short walk to the historic square. With the parking situation in downtown Santa Fe on the difficult and costly side, it was very refreshing to know that our car was close by, safe and came at no extra charge. We made use of the complete kitchen, and also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea just across the street from our building at the reception area. All in all, an excellent choice for downtown Santa Fe!

The room was very clean and nice!

Great property quiet location, easy to walk to city square. If you book ask if you can get a room with a balcony if you like to feel the mountain breeze. Their are only a few rooms with them

Everything was very nice

The location of this property is great! You can walk to the plaza in about 10 minutes. There you will find lots of excellent dining options and shopping. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was newly remodeled. It had everything you need for making small meals. There was a full size coffee pot but I recommend buying some better coffee. They provided enough for the first day. The refrigerator is 3/4 size with a freezer. There is a Sprouts grocery store that is less than 1/2 mile away. There is a TV in the combination kitchen/living room area and a separate one in the bedroom. I highly recommend Hilton Vacation Suites in Santa Fe. I plan to stay there during my next visit.

The hotel was perfect for our stay with the fold out sofa, the kitchen, and the proximity to the square within walking distance.

You get what you pay for. Everything as advertised.

Clean, comfortable, and lots of space. I requested an early check-in to have time to get ready for the wedding I was attending, and they had the room ready before I even made it to town. In my experience, Hilton properties are unmatched for hospitality. Overall, the property is quite nice and I did get to utilize the gym, which had everything needed for a good workout. Definitely will stay here in my next visit to Santa Fe.

We stayed for a week. Loved the location and room was clean and had everything needed. But their service was confusing. Got a text saying to text or call when you need service. Lady at desk told us 24 hrs notice needed. So I sent a text Tuesday asking for garbage emptied and towels changed on Wednesday. Then phone rang and I confirmed with a real person the same. She said we did not need to leave anything outside, they would come in to do it. We were gone all day Wednesday. Came back and nothing done. Called and they told me to set trash and dirty towels out. They sent someone with clean towels but no new trash bags. Seemed a bit disjointed, but otherwise, everything was good.

Perfect location for walking to Plaza. Quiet and pleasant lodging facilities. Felt safe.

Great hotel in Santa Fe. What a find!

Great experience at this Hilton property. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The room appeared to be freshly renovated and the entire property was well maintained.Great location, easy walking distance to downtown Santa Fe.

We chose this property for its proximity to the Plaza but it offered so much more. We had a slight maintenance issue on arrival that was fixed quickly by a friendly maintenance man. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is wonderful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff is great and the location near the plaza is perfect.

Beautiful & so clean!!!! Very organized & loved the pool & hot tub !!!!! It was excellent....& so clean !!!! The front desk staff very helpful and accommodating!!!! The hotel was in a great area & very accessible to all attractions!!! Will definitely stay here again !!!! Stayed an entire week & wish I could have stayed longer!!!!! It was great !!!!!!

Good value and an easy walk to lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. in the plaza area. Pool and hot tubs were nice and free laundry facilities. Room was spacious and clean.
