The property had a great view of the ocean. Other than that, it was horrible. Room was dirty, bathroom was filthy. They gave you only 2 towels for the shower and the were really small where 1 person needed both to dry up. No hot water. Power went out every other day. Remote for tv and AC had to be returned personally to front desk or you'll get charged for them. No iron in room. When askef for one, was told I would also be charged for iron unless returned personally to front desk before checkout. Site said free breakfast was not true. No free breakfast, they sold you breakfast. I understood it wasn't a expensive hotel, but 3 stars should not be the rating. 2 at best. 1.5 more likely. Only use of money is a issue and you only plan on sleeping there. Would not recommend for any family and anyone not familiar with area. Room was not comforting and staff was not friendly. Staff Looked annoyed if you asked for anything like more towels or the iron that wasn't in room.

Unfortunately we got room 1008N with no hot water maintenance was called 3 times they finally came didn’t do anything but just checked and said they will be back never heard back from anyone my kids got sick was not able to shower with hot water also they have a cover in the ceiling that looks as if someone is watching you the cover kept on opening with no wind at all in the room since my kids were sick we didn’t use the air conditioner didn’t open the balcony doors since hot air was only coming in, terrible room if you can refuse it do it don’t recommend at all scary situation feeling someone is watching and they don’t help you or assist you

We enjoyed our stay at Las torres gemelas. The site is still in construction but it didn't bother our stay.

The beds were horrible. They send me to 3 different rooms all dirty. One of the rooms with cockroach

Todo se mira viejo las sábanas ya no son blancas las toallas muy percudida to muy mal una de las de servicio entraron al cuarto de mis suegros y no tocaron

Nice place and kind staff. The view from the room was gorgeous. The only downside is, it's still undergoing remodeling.
