It’s a beautiful place to stay right by the beach. The only bad thing is that this place doesn’t clean the room so if your staying for a few days be prepared to clean your room.

Property was nice and clean. Did not like the front desk customer service. Receptionist did not provide us with necessary infeomation.

Was supposed to have garden view.. got the drive up..room was nice but kitchen pans were worn out and few..not many utensils.. like citrus press.. spatula..no hair dryer..limited towels, and wash cloth... Great beach..nice for swimming and walking.. would recommend..must have Mexican money.. don’t take credit cards

Beautiful property wish I could have stayed longer!

Not one place did I see there was a required deposit on top of cost when we checked in. Had to buy our own toilet paper and toiletries. Did provide 4 towels for beach and room use. Overall ok, just pack accordingly.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good and affordable. Condo was clean and as advertised. Noisy room as the ac was making a loud. Safe environment. The beach is not optimal for swimming, but it has a nice beach. Also, the place needs some updates. Overall an excellent stay!

The location is great. The beach is amazing big very clean and excellent service of the staff on the beach. The rooms and too small for 4 people, they have 2 double beds that are too little for my choice. The room has everything you need.

First stay at the condominium, nice overall property, enjoyed the fitness center, and right on the beach. Diappointed in the room's maintenance: 1) sliding glass door lock was broken and unable to secure, 2) front door lock deadbolt was inoperable (someone had damaged the keyhole, I assume trying to break in; management said none of the doors rely on deadbolts, only the door knob locks), and 3) shower head did not spray well due to a clogged spout. Comfortable bed, wifi eventually worked, friendly staff, just never felt really secure leaving valuables in the room, and since we were out most of the day (and the staff is only there from 0900 to mid-afternoon, we didn't address the issues for several days, and just kept our valuables with us anyway. Would we stay again? Perhaps, though comparable prices exist elsewhere for a more full-service hotel.

Room needs updating, not well equipped but functions as a hotel room plus.

When you book this room they do not tell you that the rooms you rented see rented from a group of people that own the condos. The condo doesn't have support on site to to assist you. We finally got a number from the security guard and was able after waiting 2 hours to get our rooms. It needs to be better explained on the website. The number they list doesn't work either. The number is for the condo office which is staffed only during weekdays and morning hours on the weekends. Nice place to stay but wish I would have know the challenges ahead of time.

Great location and staff, room needs a little maintenance - several lights bulbs were out on arrival but were replaced within a few hours once staff was notified.

Condo was sadly disappointing. No assistance booking in. When we got to the condo it was not clean, there was no pots or pans. There was no dish soap, no tea towels, no dish cloths. There was no coffee machine or toaster. The microwave was missing the glass plate. We were told it would be cleaned every second day and after requesting. Cleaning it actually got cleaned on day 5, which was the only cleaning in 7 days. Although the resort itself was nice, we would not return, simply because of the condition of the condo

Nice staff, but totally unorganized. The resort is a dump, old and falling apart. Great location though.

Hotel did not supply any cooking utensils, no TV, no in-room internet, all of which were advertised. Nice place but would not return.

This place is not a real hotel. There was no restaurant and we had to walk 20 minutes away to find a place to eat dinner. No drinks by the pool even though it's in Mexico. The beds were hard as a rock. No Wi FI is available. No hand soap.The AC unit was extraordinarily loud, which disrupted all of our sleep. No concierge. No phone in the unit. No help with your luggage. No in room safe. All of this might be acceptable at a Motel 6, but this was an expensive resort.

Nice location away from the crowded golden zone. Beachfront location, lots of space at the pool or the beach. Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere.

Primeramente no es hotel, no cuenta con esos servicios. Avise que llegaba tarde y no habia recepcion y tuve que buscar por mi cuenta donde quedaba mi cuarto. desgraciadamente estaba en construccion una seccion del inmueble y habia mucho ruido todo el dia de 9 a 5. Y de pasada el domingo desde las 7 a.m. estaban reparando un elevador y martillaban a esa hora. Tuve que gritarle al que lo hacia que no era una hora adecuada para hacer ese ruido. No hubo la tranquilidad que esperabamos por lo anterior.
