The property was quiet and the grounds were very well kept.

When we arrived, instead of the 2 bedroom villa that I reserved and paid for, we got a one bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed. They told me it was overbooked. Thankfully they moved us the next day.

The property was okay, but there was not much to do, pools were boring No music, with 7 poolside and only 1 had the bar open.. The little island did not have the hammocks up, which I was looking forward to. AC in the room was not working properly And the neighbors we had were slamming their door almost all night which made it irritating.

Beautiful resort with great view of lake along with great customer service!

Overall the stay was great. My son enjoyed himself which was the goal. Staff throughout property was friendly and helpful. Only downside was that I was unable to get reimbursed for the waterpark closing early. One thing to note is they are cashless except for the arcade.

Staff was very helpful and friendly

I really enjoyed my stay here. There were fireworks by the lake for the 4th of July and the kids were able to roast marshmallows. Very family friendly and everyone is so nice and helpful!

I had just love everything about the property

Overall everything was nice. However, the streets are too tight for safe passing. It seems a few more amenities could be beneficial,,yet I can't state specifics at the moment. I will say the staff was excellent, especially Alejandro and Mariana (might be misspelled).

The unprofessionalism and miscommunication from the staff was mind blowing, I have not had an awful review with my travels since I stumbled across this stay. Out dated and overpriced villas, deception from the staff, let’s not talk about the bugs found around the bedding, cold water for 26 hours because of the lack of explanation that you need to run every faucet in the villa, not being able to utilize amenities as they close early so you need to get up very early which limits your sleep or relaxation time. So due to the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy along with mid communication from the staff (mind you I asked for a manager 3/4 day stay) and yet received a follow up and until then a complementary late check was given by a front desk property manager and we when left out the villa for coffee mind still an hour so for a check out they remotely disabled our villa access leaving us in the scorching heat. Front desk says oh yeah we do see late check out we will send security to let you in. Let’s just say this is a summary, however a full google and yelp review with names will be available soon.

The service and overall experience were exceptional. However, the room's design appears to be in need of modernization.
