The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. More care needs to be taken with housekeeping. The carpet was not vacuumed well and there was even a goldfish cracker still on the floor. This hotel is very much used by contractors staying the week. It was still a little loud after 10 as the designated smoking area was outside our window, three floors down. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because we have pre-teen kids and they kept getting stared at by the contractors sitting around the lobby.

We did not like the quality

The room was laid out nicely, the staff was fantastic, but I’ve never stayed in a place so dirty. Because of that, I will not return.

Quiet and easy to access.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. The room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a little too stuffed and not comfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice rooms

There were no hot food choices on 3 days i was there, i.e. eggs,sausage, etc. This was at 08:15. 45 min left during the scheduled breakfast. Yes, there were waffles to make, but i am diabetic and can't handle that much carbs.

We had a good experience at Mainstay Suites. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good. It could use a little freshening as there are signs of wear, however, it was very clean and a good value for the price.

Conveniently located. We were able to walk to Space Aliens for pizza. The pool was very cold. Would be nice to have it warmer.

Booked 2 rooms under the same name and the rooms were not near each other. Also the pool was closed

The property was convenient for us location wise and nice staff. We had a tornado warning go off about midnight and staff were pretty good at getting us info. The room had some repair problems and the doorknob to the bedroom in the suite broke internally and I had to jimmy the door latch open with a pocketknife to get out. The tub drain was poorly installed and came out and the towel rack half fell off the wall when I hung up my towel (I was able to fix that- a set screw had not been tightened properly). So, good, friendly people, kind of shoddy maintenance, convenient location for us.

Breakfast provided was mediocre but it was on time as stated. 1 slow waffle iron and 1 even slower toaster. Staff was very kind, and location was pretty convenient.

They were pet friendly with an additional $75 (sem Ems steep for one night) but the thing was there had extreme rules for pets luke entering through specific doors and no being on the elevator. Thats kind of hard when you have an elderly man with.

Clean, nice property. Great location. Gas station out the back door.

Was in a good location, walking distance to restaurants.
