Beds were firm. Was a little cold. But other then that I was a decent stay for just needing a rest for a road trip

Had a great stay at the Valemount Vacation Inn. The staff were honestly the highlight—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They went above and beyond for our family and it made our stay all that much better. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in Valemount.

Worn out, at pets were dirty, dust bunnies in the bathroom and dirty doorframes.

The room and bathroom have been updated, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was lovely and efficient. The restaurant was hard to view a menu or hours but was busy as the evening went on. Only down side was the use of febreeze was obnoxious, I’m not sure what smell they are trying to cover but I’d almost rather smell the odor. Sensitivity to smells just don’t bother.
