We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and in weather over 100 degrees and weren’t allowed to get additional towels without a charge. We had many neighbors with 6+ people in one room and children were riding their scooters on top levels making noise and also knocking on random doors throughout the night.

I love how clean it looked and the amenities we got to enjoy. The best part is this is a kid friendly property

It is unfortunate that we now have to pay for daily parking.

I would have like my room cleaned on Saturday needed more towels

Loved our stay. Had great time at the pools. We somehow ended up with a handicap suite which was fine but the showers because it is a handicap suite or capable for wheelchair entry which just makes the water go everywhere. One of us fell in slipped.

The room wasnot ready when we arrive to check in at 4:00pm one room was ready at 4:35pm and the other room at 4:55pm.

More food options in the property and the bar is open later at the pool

Great hotel overall

Property is nice and perfect for the kids. If staying more than 2, and need to use sleeper, be aware the bed won’t be made and a thin blanket provided. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

Overall, it was a great experience! The amenities and scheduled activities were great!

nice pools lot of parking

Me and the family love this place . We been coming here for the past 15 years. The only complain that I have about this place is that the pool is not shaded or the barbecue area. Knowing that most people are going to spend the time there.

Neighbors of room were very noisy . Room areas not very clean .

The Best Hotel

Love the resort it’s big with so many pools for everyone in the family to enjoy. One bonus is their bus that takes you from one location to the other along the property. The rooms are very spacious we had 6 reservations that weekend and everyone had a great time.

Great stay the kids had plenty of activities to do and keep busy. Hotel sent out communication every morning with events or issues with pools.

Large pools and great bar, slide has a height requirement so the 4 year old wasn’t aloud on. But overall great resort
