The room was nice and also very large. I didn’t think about the fact that it is more of a Casitas kind of a set up and there are no elevators so I had to schlep my new luggage up their stairs and it’s trashed! Would I stay there again…. Probably not …..just not memorable for me.

The room was not what we expected. The pictures are very deceiving online.

Terrible! Paid for a bigger room and after 3 back to back visits due to keys not working, got put in a smaller room than what I paid for. I was too tired at this point!

The best breakfast, the rooms are quiet, the pool is the perfect size and the staff was quick and respectful.

Liked the history of the property and the photos from 1950s. Very friendly staff that went above and beyond to meet our requests. The food was excellent at Cielos restaurant on the property.

My stay was absolutely fantastic. The room was immaculately clean and so cool, with a truly luxurious feel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of everything. I especially loved unwinding by the stunning pool and the amazing poolside food and beverage service. Plus, the restaurant was exceptional, happy hour was on point. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience!

Very unique architecture, beautiful design hotel with nice landscape. Very large rooms, clean, quiet and relaxing. Great amenities, nice pool and hot tub, and free parking.

The Lodge was overall okay. I arrived a bit early 3pm and check-in wasn't until 4pm & they didn't have the room ready. Was told that it would be ready at 4. I came back at 4pm and room still wasn't ready. Staff was friendly & said that they had a similar room they could put in me. The room wasn't anything like I had reserved & paid for. Although the room was nice it wasn't what I had paid for. Also, I could not take a shower as there wasn't any hot water. I doubt I would stay here again.
