Room was on the first floor, party noise all night both nights, didn't sleep. Stained carpet, weird smell & dirty bathroom blinds, curtains that didn't close tightly so very little privacy if our light was on. No communication upon check-in about parking, breakfast, etc.

Great experience, convenient location, WiFi works well, wish breakfast is stronger but oh well.

A cute, small, eclectic hotel with a friendly staff. Great location in Old Montreal. Close to several restaurants and shops to include Old Port that are within walking distance. The only complaint was the carpet was stained when you entered the room. They need to change it before they let another guest stay in that room.

Close to Old Quarter and Notre Dam

Very friendly and helpful young staff team. Extremely comfortable bed. Very spacious three rooms suite. Carpets a bit grubby. Breakfast rather limited - some fruit, smoothies etc would have been nice. Staff very responsive, cheerful and ready to help. It was a lovely place to stay, close to the waterfront, some fabulous buildings (eg the stunningly beautiful Basilica), and within easy reach of main shopping area - and the rewarding climb up the Mont Royal to see the panoramic views!

A funky, very comfortable hotel in a great location. Excellent front desk and housekeeping staff. Room fridge, morning croissants, juice and coffee are all pluses. Spacious and well appointed rooms. The only negative is that the 5th floor is an apartment and a child racing about at 6:30 AM every morning above some rooms on the 4th floor is an annoyance.

Second time staying here and it’s become our favorite place when visiting the historic center of Montréal. Excellent on all levels but especially the staff. They are so welcoming and provide a delightful experience staying here. Merci!

Hotel's location is perfect, the only thing is the drainage in the bathroom which needs to be repaired.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was uniquely decorated with art. We loved the location so close to the Old City and the metro.The pastry and coffee in the morning were great. We would recommend this hotel.

Extremely dirty and old carpet in the room. So called breakfast is just a coffee or tea and croissant, not a real breakfast.
