We had a huge room with easy chairs, coffee table, fridge and safe; decorated with art. The hotel is filled with art. The breakfast has delicious pastries, lattes and juice. The bath had a combination bath tub and shower. Great location 2 blocks from the basilica.

for a highly rated hotel by trip advisor and expedia we expected better. the towels were frayed and had holes in them, the toilet paper dispenser was 3 feet away from the toilet!, the bathroom caulking around the tub and floor was worn, the bath sink pedestal wobbled .... then the elevator was not working for the three days we were there so the climb up the stairs to the 3rd floor was exhausting after a day of exploring Montreal...........the location was very good... the artwork was good

Absolutely delightful, huge room. Lovely feather pillows. Delicious coffee and croissants. Check out not until 12! Perfect! The staff were wonderful and helpful! We will be back!

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond to help us with drs, pharmacies,jazz and World Cup. Mateo was one of many !

The hotel was well located but our particular room was in need of new carpet, very worn out plus many stains. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast is just croissants, juice and coffee. The croissant’s were very good but I don’t consider that breakfast.

My only negative is that the elevator broke down in n my second day- I think I would have appreciated a complimentary prosecco before I had to climb up the stairs! Or maybe a comp’t drink after walking down!

Clean room

Beautiful hotel; big room with sofa and chairs. Very comfortable. They had a Smart TV. Only issue was that elevator was out of order most or the time during our 2 day stay

Staff were so kind and helpful. The art was super fun!

The most comfortable beds we slept in on our trip to Canada. Also loved the art and the high ceilings. Finally, Starbucks was less than a 5 minute walk, which was very convenient.

Loved the location and staff....everyone was very nice and very helpful. Our room was nice and housekeeping staff very responsive! Cons would be need more food for breakfast....just croissants and that wasn't enough for long days of touring when other options not available. Also, the elevator was broken during most of our stay but I'm sure they were working on it! Overall would recommend!

Great location within walking distance to Old Montreal and port. Helpful and friendly staff. Pop culture theme is fun. Good sized rooms. Nice continental breakfast

The hotel and staff are lovely. The location in Old Montreal makes it very easy to walk to many nearby restaurants and attractions, and though it is a touristy area the hotel itself is quiet. It's noteworthy that, while there is an elevator inside the hotel, there are front stairs (i.e. it's not a fully accessible property). If you're inclined to take the stairs inside the hotel to get to your room, you'll see some really neat signed movie posters.
