This hotel was satisfactory but not worth the cost. The room was of moderate size but they wedged a king sized bed in for some reason. We asked for directions at the front desk and they told us to go the wrong way. Short summary…for the cost of this room, you could do better.

The hotel was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are on the front of the building, it’s a little loud, bur

Great location on the Grand Via. Walking distance to major sights. Lobby bar was very nice. Rooms were a bit dated but quiet.

Location is ideal, smack dab in the middle of Gran Via, Chueca to the north, museums to your south. Lobby of hotel is charming and cozy. Our junior suite, however, was choppy, with the bathroom stuck between the small sitting area and small bedroom with about 18" around the bed. As a resulr both spaces belt tight. Furniture and appointments modern and attractive but nothing is as elegant as the lobby pics, just so you know. Our shower door was hanging loose off its hinge so would not close. We reported this on first day. Never fixed in three. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and hearty, but not fancy or particularly attractive. The automated espresso machines make terrible espesso drinks. For sweet lovers, there are churros and a liquid chocolate machine. I would have preferred an omelette, but i get the appeal for families.

Nice but windowless room. Working in constant lamp light even during the day wasn’t nice

This hotel was great for our stay in Madrid. The staff was great- they showed us what to do to make the most of our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great location on Gran Via in Madrid. Would highly recommend if you want a centrally located hotel that's not directly on a crazy busy square. Gran Via is busy, but once you get into the lobby / into hotel, it's quiet and a peaceful oasis. Room was great, would stay again.

I paid 142 euros a night last Aug, booked what looked like the same room for 158 a night and gir a broom closet. Could not even move around the bed. Front desk was dismissive. Not staying again

The hotel and staff at H10 were wonderful! The central location was incredible - we were within walking distance of major Madrid sites-to-see! Staff at H10 were warm and welcoming. The old-fashioned elevator is a must do! Fun! Hope to come back to Madrid and will stay at H10.

My new husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in Madrid and we loved our stay with H10 Villa de la Reina Boutique Hotel. We had the suite with a jacuzzi and we felt so pampered! The extra little touches such as robes & slippers, hair straightener and even two little toiletry bags made this an unforgettable experience. We had the most delicious room service and the bar downstairs has such friendly bartenders who were knowledgeable and accommodating. We loved our stay and already planning our next visit!

A unique boutique hotel right on the centre of Gran Via, next to the metro and all the shops. Very friendly reception, very clean and a really big suite with a patio with jacuzzi. The photos on your site speak the truth.
