I had a great stay for the week, The room had plenty of space and was cleaned every day, the staff were all great, Cleaners, Reception, bar staff etc, the facilities and breakfast buffet was excellent, would definitely go back again.

This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair.

We had a wonderful stay at the Club Volcano. Staff were tremendous, the room was spacious and well-appointed. The hotel is next to Marina Rubicón which is very convenient.

Brilliant staff, great breakfast. Beautiful hotel and spotless. Only 1 small gripe was that WiFi in pool side rooms was really poor and TV would lose signal at times but bearable.
