The Hotel was very clean spacious and has everything you need for a good holiday. Great pool, a lovely little gift shop and spa, the Entertainment was very good in the evenings. Great for families, the bar prices where fair i felt. I really enjoyed the Breakfast lots of choice to have and the cofffee was nice. Our room was clean and Tidy but for two nights i didnt sleeo to well every time i turned over the bed moved with me it was as if it slid a cross the floor. I was going to speak to the reception to ask for this to be fixed but the next day it was the way it should be. I think someone realised in house keeping and fixed the bed. Anyway apart from that it was a lovely stay at the Hotel and all the staff where very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome.

Hotel is in a perfect location, room was comfortable and clean. Food choice was good. Issues are with the staff. The bar staff are incredibly rude. Prices change day to day. If they see cash then pice is always higher. Male bar staff are inappropriately nice to women to the point of being creepy.

Excellent peaceful base for a Benidorm trip

Breakfast had lots of options and was good. The beds were big and comfortable but we had a major issue with housekeeping. On the second day, I had to chase reception so our room would be cleaned, and when they went, they didn't even empty the bins which were full to the top with dirty nappies. On the third day, I had to chase again. After loads of chasing, housekeeping came with towels and weren't even going to change the sheets, I had to ask for the sheets to be changed. On the fourth night, again our room was neglected and not done. I had to speak to guest experience and they said our room would be done at 11am but it wasn't and I had to complain once again. Housekeeping did our room at half past 12 after I complained. They were very apologetic and gave us cheese and a bottle of champagne and let us do free late check out but the champagne was left in the room because we had our 7 month old with us so we weren't going to drink. Besides that bad experience, we enjoyed the outdoor pool, which has a massive area to lay in the sun and the pools are quite big. Only disappointing factor is that they only open the pool at 9am. Would have been nice to be able to enjoy it earlier in the morning. For a 4star hotel I expected better. Management did have good intentions with their offerings but in the end it didn't really compensate for what we went through.

The mattress and pillows are aleays amazing at the Melia hotel chain.

Plenty of food available for breakfast but not that good of quality. Apart from that it was quite a nice hotel but noisy with the downstairs entertainment. But that’s to be expected. Overall half decent hotel.

Could do with an update yea and coffee not replaced in rooms and rooms were cold

Without doubt. The best hotel we've stayed in when coming to Benidorm. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Dining room staff the same. Rooms modern, clean and plenty of room. Will definitely stay ahain.

3rd time returning this hotel and each time has gone more down hill Noisy that’s mostly guests in rooms moving things about u hear all the scratches on floor and doors slamming Food is poor cold and limited during the week but picks up at bit at weekend when the Spanish decent on the hotel but also very noisy also the waiting staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and definitely no service with a smile Check in took over 25 mins with all the checks I won’t be using this hotel again and I as a little disappointed

It’s a good hotel, clean, tidy & friendly staff. It’s a long way though from the town, good if you want quiet, not good if you want to be in the nightlife area.

An amazing hotel with the comfiest beds and pillows I have ever slept in! Beautiful environment, staff very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again! We did not use any services as we stayed just one night, but I can’t wait to go back and try everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic – just a 10-minute walk to the beach, with Benidorm Palace up the road and the fantastic Paradiso restaurant only a few hundred meters away! We’d definitely return!

Before I booked the media Benidorm, I looked at reviews and the negative reviews. I found to be totally inaccurate in my experience staying there this time, I experienced no issues whatsoever

Great hotel perfect location staff friendly and helpful lots of bars restaurants and shops nearby far enough from the noise but close enough to walk. Beach 5 mins away perfect

Beautiful 4* hotel Fabulous pool area with established trees for natural shaded areas. Delicious food at the buffet restaurant, plenty of freshly cooked choices. Spaces clean rooms. Highly recommend

Great photos for marketing. Rooms are dated and filthy. Bed on wheels. Move through the night!
