Pésimo servicio de un empleado varón con pelo largo. Mala actitud, poca elegancia e irrespetuoso. Las facilidades en mal estado, hongo en los baños. No lo recomiendo.

I like staff I like the clean I did not like the toilett because it is getting old, it need to get replace the cover and the Window is lose It is going to fall But it is good

The staff and location were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was great. Yummy medialunas! The reviews about the street noise were 100% correct. I booked a lake-view room, thinking, "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I don't know if non-lakeview rooms could hear the noise. If not, I'd book here again. Even with the noise, I'd probably book here again because it really was such a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also, knowing that I could enjoy the lake view from the breakfast room each morning would be okay by me for booking a non-lakeview room. Really enjoyed our time here, and appreciated the staff's hospitality. Especially considering my Spanish is basic at best, but their English was just right.

The hotel is well located right in front of the lake and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you can get a lake view room that would be an asset, but likely noisy from road traffic. We had a small room looking onto the inner courtyard. The hotel is quite dated with old stained carpets in hallways. Breakfast spread was excellent with a dining area overlooking the lake. The front desk staff did not speak english and wasn't overly friendly.

Excelente ubicación y vista

The Tres Reyes hotel is located right on the lake, it has a wonderful view of the mountains. It is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the central square. The staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Our room had a lake view which was stunning. Room was comfortable even if a little dated. Unfortunately you can't regulate the heating and it was unbearable the first night, added to the heat was the noise of traffic outside, we were told we could turn it off completely, but there was no handle to do so, when the maintenance person arrived he was surprised to see there wasn't a handle nor on the bathroom heater either, but that one was turnedd off. He had to come twice, didn't have a replacement handle, but managed to close it for us, so the next two nights were pleasant. Breakfast was good and staff were nice. Very close to main street, so plenty of restaurants and chocolate stores around!

Bathrooms need repair. No ramps to move luggage.no assistance to help load or unload.

The staff at this hotel is kind and helpful. Our room had a spectacular view of the lake. 1 block to restaurants. Not a single complaint!

Buena ubicacion Servicio regular

La ubicación es perfecta ya que tiene la playa cruzando la calle y está a pasos del centro cívico, también tenés muchas opciones para comer cerca. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio, tenés mucha variedad de cosas para desayunar. La amabilidad del personal y buena predisposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites hace que la estadía sea agradable.

Everything was so perfect. Loved this hotel SO much.

Not a good place to stay during the summer if you want a quiet place with a view. Lot´s of noice from the street just outside the window. And also a lot of light from outside went inside the room.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, great central location with lake views.
