Everything about this stay was great! We were able to check-in early and online, which helped tremendously. We traveled roughly 10 hours to be there and having the chance to get into a room sooner was phenomenal. The staff was super sweet and friendly. We didn't come across one person who was rude or without a smile on their face. Wonderful stay!

The property was great but the breakfast was awful. They need to up their game on breakfast.

Had an amazing day, the facility was clean. Staff was incredible and the room and views were beyond our expectations.

Superb hotel in every way with a TON of nice touches. Can't think of a negative other than one of 3 elevators broke and they had it fixed the next day which is actually a BIG positive! Staff was super!

I liked the lazy river & our room. The breakfast was terrible each day. Nothing sweet,muffin, waffle, pancake sweet roll,nothing sweet.

This property was perfection! The service was top notch as well as the grounds! Every single waitress/ waiter/ grounds person had excellent guest interaction! You truly don’t have to leave the resort, everything is there for you! We so enjoyed our time and will definitely be back!!!

We are obsessed with this place. Love the changing breakfast options, Fish Heads is chef’s kiss, and the staff are accommodating & friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Great place to stay!!

Love this hotel and location. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Close to pier. Very friendly staff. Clean and beds very comfortable. Only steps away from beach, restaurant on site. Lazy river and pool were clean and never crowded despite holiday week. Breakfast included and was a great variety with different options daily. The best coffee. Also the breakfast area was designed and large enough to accommodate many people at once. The one drawback was the listing said beach chairs and beach umbrellas were included but the one day we spent on the beach the one umbrella and two chairs were $70. They do have plenty of pool chairs and tables. No indoor pool at this hotel but your stay does include use of neighboring hotels that have indoor pools. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beach access and the lazy river/pools were great.

The property was amazing. Very friendly staff. The access to multiple pools & tiki bars is a must place to stay.

Staff was friendly, we have stayed here twice now. Love the bar on premises. The pool has plenty of space. Love the lazy river! Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.

Hotel is convenient to local dining options. Beach is also convenient to get to. You do have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas through a separate agency unless you bring your own. Breakfast food was ok, lines a little long on the weekend. As others have stated, many people without the hotel wristband were using the pools.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield. The property was clean and had an amazing breakfast with a "yogurt topping bar" that we really liked. The pool was great, we love the lazy river, and it didn't ever feel too crowded to me. The DJ one afternoon was super cool, was nice to hang out with some music in the water. Of course the Sands are like sugar. They had a super cool "borrow bin" where the kids could get beach toys, boogie boards, even beach chairs were found in there. I thought this was a nice thing to have for people that can't travel with all that stuff on the plane. Also it was super easy to walk down to the boardwalk and everything else in Pensacola. The trolley runs after 4:00 p.m. to midnight which is awesome as well just to take a ride. Overall a great experience!

Loved it here! The room we got was specious maybe because it was the last one on that side of the building. Great views from both sides of the hotel too. Can't go wrong with a balcony or regular room as they have large windows. Beach just outside along with a great pool and lazy river.

Always good to be back! The pool area it’s the best for the kids
