Staff unbelievable kind and helpful. The breakfast had delicious fresh fruit, assortment of local pastries, delicious fresh eggs! The location of hotel was great in a quiet street but close to restaurants.

The breakfast was great and Deborah was always friendly and welcoming. Francesco at the front desk helped arrange our pick up from the Rome airport. He was very helpful when my husband forgot his shirts in the room after we checked out and kept them at the desk for us to pick up upon our return flight home from Rome. Great walking distance to Colosseum, Trevi fountain and the train station. We look forward to staying there again. Grazie Mille!

The rooms are VERY small. The beds are hard as concrete. The shower is so small you absolutely can not shave your legs without opening the door. With that being said, the staff is wonderful, I felt safe in this area. The breakfast had a nice selection and overall the hotel is clean. It just wasn't very comfortable to sleep, shower or get ready for the day.

Restaurants, Colloseums and lots of Roman ruins within walking distance. Extremely good staff at hand.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were close enough to restaurants and within walking distance of most places like Colosseum, Trevi Fountain etc but far enough away that we left the window open all night to complete silence. The staff were more than wonderful. They were so helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Great centrally located hotel clise to The Colleseum in one direction and Santa Maria Maggoire in the other direction. The staff werx super friendly

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the rooftop terrace where we watched the sun set. The hotel staff were immensely helpful. We would highly recommend Hotel Colosseum for anyone visiting Rome.

Hotel Colosseum is a very convenient location to see famous historical locations in Rome, especially the Colosseum. The staff is helpful with showing you on a map how to get to them.

Staff was amazing!! They were were so helpful including with booking a few tours, and navigating the city. The rooms were updated, super clean, and the rooftop view was wonderful!

Overall, a nice stay. Fine. Pros- BIG shout out to Thomasz (sorry for spelling) at front desk. He was so lovely and helpful. Like a pocket tour guide! Thank you! Roof top area was a nice touch. Short walk from Rome termini Cons- single room was even smaller than I imagined. It was fine but not sure I’d stay again unless a really great cheap deal. Was very noisy around 5am not sure if it was in hotel or outside workmen. Also you could hear everything from water running next door, conversations in corridor. It is a little further out for centre. Everything was a 30 min walk give or take. Overall, a fine stay. If a cheap deal was on I’d consider staying again.

I got moved to another hotel and was notified the morning of my check in. Hotel room at the Monty was small like a bedroom, not a good expereinec for my first visit to Rome.
