Room was clean and tidy. Reception staff were helpful. Location was easy to take a public transport into the cultural centre or to the main Train Station. Breakfast had almost everything you could want, so many options.

Clean, basic, comfortable, spacious room. Came with free drinks. Hotel gave us a Basel pass which gives you free Public transportation and 50% off museums. Close to a rail that gets you straight into downtown in 10 minutes

Staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pretty standard - bed was a little hard and shower was okay but the towels were terrible. The location was pretty far from the city center (christmas markets)so unless you're attending a meeting at the nearby convention center, you'd be better off booking something closer in.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff close to transport

The room was small, but clean. The room was also very noisy with the street noise. If you are a light sleeper upgrade to th4 courtyard rooms. I didn't know that until after i checked out. Staff was fine. The check in process was a bit long, but they offered us a free drink in the bar to make up for that

Clean, inexpensive and great breakfast and restaurant

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast was very good with all kinds of options. The room was clean and well taken care of. It is a business hotel very close to the convention center, so it’s not the most luxurious. It worked out great for our needs.

The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptionally clean and very functional. Sheets, mattress and pillows were crips and very comfortable. Loved the use of the parking garage and felt safe with our car parked there. Close shopping.

Good place for a reasonable price

Someone is very nice and the staff are very friendly, the rooms are very hot and facilities for ironing are very poor. The irons were old and not clean.

A very clean, modern, pleasant hotel, a 15 minute walk from the historic center of town with an outstanding staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. The price was very reasonable as well.

Very friendly staff, clean, and easy to find and park. Great to have a transport card, an easy tram into city centre. Would recommend this hotel.
