A very clean, modern, pleasant hotel, a 15 minute walk from the historic center of town with an outstanding staff. Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. The price was very reasonable as well.

Very friendly staff, clean, and easy to find and park. Great to have a transport card, an easy tram into city centre. Would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable with pleasant efficient staff. There was a free 10SF voucher to use in the bar as well as a Basel card each which gave us free public transport and discounts to museums. Very happy with this hotel

I had an amazing weekend there! Was welcome by Angela at the reception who was super caring and helped me fine tune my plans for the weekend. Incredibly helpful - made me feel home from the moment I step in. I look forward to visiting again

Alexandru, at the Front Desk, went out of his way to make our stay especially comfortable and explained to us in detail how to get around the city. A perfect front!

Great, friendly hotel!

The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool the room and we were quite hot which is why I can’t give it 5 stars. Didn’t sleep very well because of warmth in room. Every other aspect was great, location, staff, cleanliness.

The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.

This Hotel is Basel is a really good choice for people looking for an affordable and very nice hotel. The location for the hotel is also convenient for people using public transit also and made it very easy for me and wife to go places throughout the city which wa important to us. The cleanliness of the hotel was very nice along with customer service and amenities the hotel offers. I would recommend a stay here for anyone looking to stay in Basel!
