Breakfast was good, rooms a bit too small, elevators outdated.

Hotel is clean. Tv and room WiFi did not work, but room service person fixed soon.

If I were entitled to a VIP treatment, noone in reception mentioned anything. The buffet lunch wasn’t very good, a bit bland and with few options. Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite good and with lots of options.

Check in was easy. R bathroom wasn’t cleaned as desired. Hotel staff was friendly.

Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facilities, room, and buffet/Italian restaurant were ok. Some other restaurants in the area, a nice mall within a 10-15 minute stroll. Located in front of a military camp, in the main town. It’s about a 25-30 minute drive to the famous falls. Pool is not as big compared to the pictures.

Excellent in every aspect. Front desk staff speak excellent English, friendly and informative. Hotel dinning saves us great deal of time looking for outside places to eat after a strenuous full day trip to see the waterfalls. We enjoyed nice Sunday buffet dinner there. The rooms are nice and clean.

A great place to stay at!

Of course, we stayed at Nadai to visit Iguazu. Both the Brazil and Argentine sides. Use of taxi during our stay was our choice of transportation for convenience and is relatively inexpensive compared to the US. We walked when we were around Nadai mostly for food and drinks. The Nadai pool and pool bar was great to relax in after a full day of Iguazu touring.
