The entire hotel smelled like POT. It absolutely stank even through they claim to be non-smoking. Iy was not a temporary smell, it was there all the time. The room was ok and decently clean, but the AC didnt work well and it was so humid it was miserable.

Place was a dump. Construction going on on the 1st floor with drywlll ripped out and exposed insulation. Our room smelled like a dead cat. So bad that we had to move hotels late in the night.

Did not have suite ready when arrived and had to be moved to smaller room. Moved me to suite the next day and tv’s not working and lamp in area I wanted to use did not work and was rusty.

The pool was shut down, the fitness room was shut down, the elevators were gross, the halls and room smelt like old smoke, roaches in the room. The bed was so uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. We spent very little time here due to all of these things. Would not go back

I recently tried to stay at this hotel and was surprised to learn that they are under new management. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite having paid for my booking online, I was not allowed to check in because they insisted on payment in person only even though their website says otherwise. The staff tried to get me to pay again and cancel my booking on the spot, which was confusing and frustrating since I never received access to the room I had already paid for. I was told to contact the booking service to cancel, but now I’m being told I won’t get a refund. This whole situation was handled poorly and caused me a lot of inconvenience. I hope the new management can improve their processes and communication to avoid issues like this in the future.

I got moved three times in one week. First room wasn’t ready and left filthy. Second room had a plumbing issue. Internet connection is a joke. You have to call a third party and register your device to connect. Even then, you could lose access. Staff was RUDE. A nightmare.
