To flush the toilet, we had to pick up the tank top and pull the flush chain. The pillow cases were stained including the sheets. The tv remote didn’t work; we worked it manually. Honestly, we paid cheaply and lesson learned. The location however was the best. It was so close to everywhere we needed to go. The housekeeping one man staff was very hospitable and friendly.

Nice place to spend the night or 2. Staff people look like the dont like their jobs but it is what it is. They charged a deposit. Didn't gave it back do. Said it will go back to my account, never saw it come back!

Receptionist was rude. They asked for a $50 deposit which doesn't say that on the hotels app. And they wouldnt give me any invoice or receipts. If it doesnt say anything about a deposit on the hotels app then they shouldnt ask for a deposit.

Staff was friendly but my room had roaches and no smoke detector and after i asked for one to be put in my room none was put in their after requesting one and i looked up its illegal not to have a smoke detector in a guest room,plus wires were hanging from where the smoke detector should have been,so for future references please advise guest why no smoke detectors were not in their room and also about and pest problems but staff was friendly that's about it

They do not even have ice vending machine. They give ice after you asked. They also do not put the towel more than 2. If you ask for more than to bath towels you need to give them 2 used ones. I never seen that before in my 20 years in the United States

We were given a room when someone was already there. They refused to give me a receipt of the $20 deposit that they require that is not listed on the property details.

Bed comfort, dead cockroaches, non working outlets and smells musty. Front counter staff was rude and inconsiderate by talking on their phones while dealing with customers...I will never book with them again.

Terrible location. Not friendly at all. Dirty everywhere.

The clerk at the desk was very rude and abrupt. Wanted me to give him 50.00 in cash for deposit. I did not. I gave him a credit card. He wanted me to go to the ATM and get cash. I did not. Will never stay here again

Towels were grayish, bed sheets stained, had to ask for toilet paper, didn’t bother to refill anything. Reserved for 4 people, only placed 2 bath towels. Guessing it was owner or family but had me wait to be assisted while he was on a personal call. Literally had a sign on the counter stating “back in 5 minutes” yet he was sitting right there behind the counter.

This hotel was horrible. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Room was just as bad. Graffiti inside room. Towels smelled dirty. Never again would I stay here. I asked for a refund but was denied that. I adked for anither room but was told they didn't have one available. Do not stay here!

The cleaned this property up enough to become an Econo Lodge and never looked back. The staff is terrible. The property has ONE door and three stories of rooms. The rear door is bolted shut. Furniture in the room was old, worn and broken. Window sealed shut. Microwave broken. "Hot" water just above cold. Barely enough pressure to shower. Old thin towels. Hot & cold reversed in the sink. Policies at the property DO NOT match what is written here on Hotels. They are not pet friendly and charged me a higher deposit for my service animal which is illegal but I was trapped.

The lobby and hallways reeked of weed, despite a nonsmoking policy. Our room smelled like a boys locker room. The bedding was dirty and had a dead roach. We are sure there was blood throughout the room. The shower curtain was held up with zip ties. Wholes in the walls and overall not well maintained. The walls are paper thin so when other guests were talking it sounded as if they were in our room. We do not recommended this location to anyone.

You definitely get what you pay for with this one which I expected that going in. When a hotel can't/won't even provide the basics such as washcloths, more than two towels, a bath mat, a cheap coffee maker, etc. Won't return to this one. All the staff here are in a perpetual state of grumpiness, too.

Poor water pressure. Have to ask for ice at the desk, then it is given to you in a small extremely flimsy trash bag. Sheets were full of holes. No visitors allowed. If my friend and I wanted to stop by on the way to our event, she couldn't go up to my room with me while I picked up what I forgot and went to the bathroom. She had to wait outside or in the car.

Horrible smell- 1st room they gave me had a horrible smell, doors lock were broken, shower drain was clogged, towels were dingy and had stains, furniture was broken. Second room was a little better but the smell was still there, floor was dirty and the A/C was very loud... I basically rested for a couple of hours and checked out... It was a a breath of fresh air once I walked out of that place... You have been warned !!!!
