Very nice especially the front desk people, The lightskined housekeeper was pretty rude but everyone else was wonderful Loved the pool had a decent breakfast enough to get us started but definitely nice place right across the street from beach front walked to the beach in under a minute Great stay!!

Clean room very reasonable pricing friendly staff definitely will be returning when we visit Virginia Beach again

The Hotel Staff was incredibly polite and room was average as far as cleanliness the only complaint was the leaking AC unit which made it difficult to get into the one bed or really stand at window for the view of the boardwalk.

Everything was perfect and wonderful service.

The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. Lots of people enjoying the pool and only a block or so from the beach. We had a great time!

I reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids which was supposedly a 2 double bed room, but the moment I entered I saw a king bed, I was told that it would get solved but I ended up paying for another room as my family needed, I had to pay twice although I didn’t get to use the first room, and so far I haven’t gotten a refund. $300 gone to waste, horrible experience! The area was the only thing that was worth it.

Good location, for food and the beach. Washer and dryer onsite was helpful. Breakfast wasn't exceptional, no waffle machine. No coffee machine in rooms, needed to walk to lobby for coffee.

It was very family oriented.The staff was ver helpful and friendly. One in particular went out his way to give my grandson a present for his Birthday. That was very kind.

This property was phenomenal! Close to the beach, good eats, and excellent location overall, pool was clean! no complaints!! will be there again !

Great hotel - needed to stay here for a work trip and it was perfect. Good price, clean, quiet, big rooms. No complaints from me.

Room was clean, housekeeping and maintenance were very pleasant. The main problem I have is the hidden fees to park at the Hotel. When I booked, this fact was NOT listed on their site and I did not know about it until after I booked. I called the Hotel and the man at the front desk literally hung up on me! I wanted to cancel my stay but they told me I would have to cancel through Expedia , Expedia refused to help me in any way so we had no choice but to stay there and pay the fees. Won't again.

Stayed for a music festival with friends here. Hotel is in a decent location with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Enjoyed the light breakfast the hotel provided. Our room was comfortable and clean and had basics like a fridge and microwave. It was missing a dresser which made unpacking for 4 Days a bit difficult. Overall I’d stay again.

Pros: The coffee was good. Beds were comfy. Bathroom water pressure was strong. Pool was nice. Very close to the beach. The price was cheaper than alternatives. Good Waffle place next door. A/C was cold. TV service was modern. Ok: breakfast had options but didn’t change from day to day. Paid parking was sufficient. Cons: An old smelly hotel with one elevator. Key card access on the lobby bathrooms but an exterior access door that was always opened.

Breakfast was great! Staff was fantastic. Parking was a HUGE problem.
