Everything was good. The remote control volume button didn't work and I had one dirty wash cloth. But those two things are minor.

obviously have homeless people in back of building --- i never think mixing homeless housing and travel hotel guests is a wise business decision --- one or the other.

Not a bad room at all but was seeing cops in the parking lot and arresting someone was definitely off putting.

Dirty Place

First room had a bed that had nasty stains and money in the bed and a broken lock then the second room had cigarette butts behind the lamp, another lamp was broke and had ants all over it and the table. There were also stains on the bedding and spiders and spider webs above curtain

Clean room. Good shower.

From 7:30 pm-1:30 am people above me were making constant noise, cleaning for this place was awful ( wiped water off the floor and the towel turned black ) shower wasn’t great, bathroom was smaller than I thought, also there was no trash can in the bathroom? Also, the bed was the most uncomfortable thing to every exist on this planet, I slept so bad, never again will I stay at this hotel.

No shampoo in dispenser. One bedside light not working.

When checking in, i was a little upset because of the $100 deposit. Then we got to the room amd there was no shower curtain, toilet paper or trash can.

Was told non smoking facilty but around back shady people smoking with doors opened, unsure why...

They charged me for 2 days then i came the second day. They say i was only reserved for 1 day. Now i am in dayton ohio with no room

Very bad, loud heater in room. Noise all night outside.

The room was sufficient enough. However, I had looked at the website at the room picture and saw a microwave & fridge BUT there was NOT one in our room which was disappointing since there was no breakfast offered.

This hotel is gross! The floor of my room was sticky. I tried to clean it and came up with a black cloth. There was dirt and hair in the bathtub. The bed wasn't fully prepped, the a/c unit was dismantled, and didn't work. There were no tissues in the room and no trashcan. I didn't stay. I waited in the lobby for 30 min to speak to a desk clerk who never showed. I finally just left.

great customer service, helped me check a little early with an different room but unfortunately forgot to stock towels and didn’t replace previous toiletries

The hotel was comfortable but lacked a working TV control (actually had none at check in). It was clean with the exception of a dirty wash rag in the shower. The heater and ac unit did not work.

Would stay again if needed

Would not recommend unless money is #1 priority. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Everything was budget and not well maintained. Check-in hard because computer system was down. Neighborhood is industrial. $50 deposit required at checkin.

It was in a very sketchy area. I did not feel safe there. Was traveling Through for work and needed a place to crash and I felt like there were drug parties going on in there so I felt on edge all night

So many things were broken or not working properly from lights flickering to no remote control device to be found to soap dispensers broken or leaking the refrigerator wouldn’t close the room was filthy couldn’t use tub because there were bugs in it and soap all over it heater was difficult to control and was very loud when it kicked on room was dirty and un kept won’t stay here again not sure why it got good ratings from others
