The room was clean and the staff were very nice except our microwave wasn’t working. We told the staff at the front desk but the night we came back it’s still not working.

Stayed 3 days in the same room and were happy with the staff, room amenities and area for shopping convenience. The breakfast was a little tame as I mentioned in the last review. It could have used more condiment choices, and a microwave- but was serviced very well. It could also been open until 10 for late comers instead of 6:30 -9:30 Am

Host was unable to provide me with a room key when I arrived; it came about 1 hr later. Breakfast was cereal or muffin / toast. I thought it used to have more like pancakes Room rates and location were good

Room was spotless. But our neighbor was very loud till midnight.

The room was clean and comfortable with 2 chairs and table, fridge and microwave. The hotel was quiet and staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was a bit plain, but better than "continental" with toast, yoghurt, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. Tea selection and condiments could have been a bit more than was offered and open until 10 AM would have been helpful for late arrivals.

Staff very nice. The place looks like a dump. You can tell the owners don’t care. You can hear other visitors complaining how the place is and how much they lied on Expedia

Room was in fairly good condition. Things are starting to look like they need a serious refresh. The continental breakfast was not that great. Very limited choice that was mostly cereal and bread items. One star rating on the breakfast.

Met my needs. The shuttle only goes once an hour which was a little annoying especially since I was the only person. If it could have been moved by even 10 minutes it would have made getting to the airport a little smoother

Room was clean, staff were friendly. Only 2 things that were negative that stood out are the laundry room stunk badly (I went to check it out and decided to not use it) and the breakfast was less than what I expected (still good but not a lot of choice). Hotel should put label on Honey Nut Cheerios in breakfast as people do have allergies to nuts and it could be a bad thing to have to deal with.

Hear didnt work .... was charged for the free airport shuttle ... the airport shuttle was a personal mini van that was ain very rough shape and questionable
