We were booked to stay at this hotel for 3 days. But we ended up checking out early. I had to call Hotels.com for early checkout. I was primarily comparing this hotel to the same brand Super 8 in Canmore which in itself was average. The hotel rooms were small and missing basic amenities like iron board, body cream. When we asked for dental kit it was not available. The mattresses were not good. The breakfast area was small and them the number of options were less compared to Super 8 in Canmore. The swimming pool timings were odd.

The kitchen is very useful for us in the suite we booked.

The building and room were very clean. Fridge and AC unit worked well. Enjoyed full sized bottles of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Continental breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but the coffee was good. We also enjoyed the pool. Would go back again.

Bring your own lightbulbs! Every bulb in the property is blindingly bright white so if you’re looking to relax at the end of the day, I would bring your own so you can. We stayed in a room with a “small kitchen” there was no exhaust or extractor fan so the room smelled like the previous people’s cooking of fish. It wouldn’t go away. There are no cabinets so the dishes are inches from the floor and in the open. Key card locks beeped all night Thawed out ego waffles and other assortment of bread is your breakfast options. I didn’t see any fruit options at all. Coffee was terrible. Given the price for these rooms, I was expecting more. This is bare minimum effort with a smile. Staff was very kind and welcoming. I would say they were the only good part of the stay. I will not be back.

We were very pleased with the staff. Very friendly at the front desk and during our breakfast. The pool was a hit with the kids, did find it a bit dark in the pool area though. Just a safety concern I had but other than that comment no complaints.

Everything was fantastic

Breakfast was good. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. Some whipping cream for the waffles would be great. The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Outside windows very dirty and dusty.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Even when coming out near the end of breakfast they made sure food was available for us. No issues getting extra blankets from the front. Place was clean.

Had all the basic necessities. However no elevator, and the room smelled terribly stale (mildew?) but they were unable to accommodate our room change request.

The man at the check in desk was very helpful. Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool.

Our room smelled really bad. You could tell they tried to cover it up with something over poweringly strong but it just made things worse. It was hard to deal with. The breakfast was all pre frozen stuff. Eggo waffles, eggs, only fruit was some apples put out. This hotel would not be my first choice.

Booked a room for a ridiculous $280 Canadian. Only one out of three lamps worked in the room and the sheet had a big stain so we had to get a new one from the front desk and make our own bed. The breakfast was ok but I would not stay at this property again.
