Just so everyone knows the staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Saying everything else was pretty bad. Room was cleanish and all the furniture was old and broken. Refrigerator was rusty, The TV didn’t move and the remote only changed the channel. Manager had to come in with a factory remote to turn up the volume but then took it with him. So had to unplug tv to turn off. Additionally the tub shower enclosure was peeling. The curtain rod was hanging on by a thread. The paint in the bathroom barely covered the mold growing under the paint. The towels were damp to the touch man that gave me a warm fuzzy! The bed was comfortable though. Having been on the road and staying at everything from the cheapest room to the most luxurious this was the 2nd worst room of my life. AC was cold bed was comfortable but other than that they should have paid me to stay there not the opposite. Oh and I’ll never use hotels.com again. They hide behind there ability to not have a phone# listed.

The room was not clean! The towels didn’t even smell clean, parking lot was horrible! Outlets didn’t work!! Hair was everywhere, floors weren’t clean!! Don’t recommend that place!! I took several pictures of the room!! 😵‍💫😵‍💫

Responsive staff to any issues. Good bed. Very clean. Old and worn. A/C fan cycled on/off all night noisily. Highway traffic was bothersome. No place to hang clothes. Overall for the price it was a good stay.

There was Moldy food in the microwave. The bedding and pillow cases had holes, stained sofa. Just disgusting

No-nonsense priced right hotel, clean rooms, good internet and TV, newer AC units (good air), friendly service

Roach infestation, hair from previous guests on all bathroom surfaces, brown stains on white towels.

Clean and friendly. Easy parking. It's not a big town, but this hotel is conveniently located near the Walmart and Buccees.

The bed was comfortable and had a decent sized vanity

The check in area was a mess. It was next to the highway and noisy and the area just felt unsafe. Accordingly, we decided not to stay as my wife was not feeling particularly well

Noisy, smells, room was in terrible shape and drunks all around the place. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. Keep looking.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They accommodate pets and do not charge an arm and a leg for it. One of the driveways was being redone but that shows that they do upkeep on the property. One of the stairwells (the one closest to my room) was inaccessible and needs to be repaired. The outside is not the cleanliest but it is not terrible. I would definitely stay there again.

So bad we turned our key in forfeiting what we paid. We did not stay there. Went to another hotel just down the road.

There was no plug for the bathtub, so could only take a shower. The drain plug in the sink was broken. Everything was clean, but no coffee in the room or lobby. Refrigerator and microwave worked fine and the TV worked with many channels. There was no shampoo in the room, but we had brought our own.

The “clean” towels were stained, the sheets had marks on them, there were old moldy bananas in the mini fridge, the top of the toilet tank didn’t fit the tank so the inside of the tank was exposed, the shower curtain was so long I was stepping on it in the shower, and worst of all the drain in the shower was clogged so when I showered, dirty water was building up around my feet. Also, pretty sure I almost got harassed by a long term tenant who seems to be hoarding in a room across from mine if I hadn’t rushed to get in my car and lock the door as fast as I did. Worst 2 night hotel experience ever. It was a last minute trip and I couldn’t afford much… and sadly I got what I paid for.
