I stayed in both 216 and 217. The first night, check in was easy, no nonsense. The room was clean, smelled clean. My second time, no one was at the front desk. I waited for so long that I called corporate to see if they could get someone to help. Room 217 smelled bad, the bathroom was beat up. The fridge was old and took forever to even start to cool down. I knew if I asked to switch rooms it would only be worse. Both of these rooms are right next to the elevator which presents its own set of problems. Overall, could’ve been better..could’ve been worse. Didn’t come home with bugs, at least.
