Southernmost resort was an excellent Key Weat hotel. The location was perfect and the staff was excellent. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay again.

Excellent area to stay at including rooms and service.

Such a great experience!!

Hit with a $60 resort fee when I showed up. There was very little to enjoy to justify that extra fee.

Pictures were deceiving of the rooms, most of staff was rude, no room cleaning at all during stay, didn't answer lobby phone mot of the time.

Second time at the resort. Hotel itself is a bit pricey but spacious and great location including dedicated beach. Rooms clean as friendly staff. Restaurants reasonably priced for the area. Considering the price, beach wasn’t cleaned of seaweed after the drought season leaving an awful smell across the property for the entire week stay. A bit unfortunate really. Couldn’t use the beach at all due to the sheer amount. Pool water was also a slight issue, almost burning the eyes and discoloring jewelry.

We stayed here before and we loved it... it's still nice and we like it overall but we were unhappy w/ our room. It had a MOLD smell and they offered to move us to another room after we already unpacked and settled in. They credited $180 off our stay, which we appreciated. Overall we like the location and the size of the resort and we would come back for another try! :)

Love this property; property is bigger than I thought but had so much to offer; had fun activities if you wanted to be involved; a block from southern most point; everything is so close to stay

Liked location of resort initially. Close to duval street and location close to beach. Unfortunately there was seaweed everywhere on beach could not access it. Made the resort smell bad everywhere. Paid for upgrades in room. Very uncomfortable bed overpriced and underwhelming! Expensive daily resort fees I do not recommend this place. So disappointing.

Great place great amenities clean loved it

Very close to the Hot Spot of Duval St. yet far enough away to not hear the late night shenanigans! It looked as though there was plenty of pool space, unfortunately due to time constraints, we were not able to partake .

Well kept rooms but didn’t like the towels for the first 3 days and no microwave to warm baby’s milk or food

The staff was great! We loved the Shores pool and the food and drinks. Our room didn’t get cleaned several times and there were some things in need of repair. Overall good experience though.

This was the perfect location for being near Duval St and nightlife, as well as relaxing by the pool. They had lots of fun events (bingo by the pool, yoga, djs, etc.) which made it so we wouldn’t have to leave the resort if we wanted! Will definitely be staying here again! :)

It wasn’t as nice as pictures made out to be on internet Beachside had this terrible smelling seaweed, that you couldn’t even sit on the beach due to the smell being so bad!!

Love it there!

Beware. Beach was closed our entire stay due to seaweed. The sulfur odor was so strong it was hard to be outside and ended up also taking over our rooms. The property is beautiful and the rooms nicely appointed but I feel like visitors should be alerted in advance of the lack of beach access. We chose this resort because of the beach access and do not feel like we got what we paid for. Also chairs at the pool are very scarce.

The property is adequate. Sometimes the adult pool would run out of towels. The staff was friendly. Its location is far from activities at Mallory Square. The rental equipment at the hotel is not regularly maintained. I would rent bikes etc. elsewhere.
