Very nice people working on this hotel, clean room and hotel , clean pool, good food

Very clean

Stayed with a 12, 11 and 8 year old. Clean room and friendly staff. The food was good. The beach was beautiful. The pools were nice. On Monday and Tuesday there was nothing really to do after 8pm. It picked up after that. Over all I really enjoyed my stay.

The bed was so hard I had to call and they only gave me blankets to help and the hallways smell bad and the food not good and the hotel out dated.

Had a horrible experience. We mainly chose this hotel because of the kid friendly establishment. However, there was maintenance being done to most of the kids activities including the kid pool. Which Expedia failed to mention was going to be closed during our stay.

Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. The kids’ water park was closed, the food was terrible, pool bathrooms were disgusting, rooms smelled awful from bad plumbing, and security was nonexistent (people coming from the beach to sell drugs and steal). The only good thing: the staff. Everything else was a total disaster. Long review in English with emojis ⭐ Worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money. ❌ No coffee shop – something so basic, yet missing. ❌ Kids’ water park CLOSED – the only reason we booked this place. ❌ Food was awful – only 2–3 decent dishes, the rest terrible. Pizzas, burgers, cheese… all disgusting. ❌ Pool bathrooms = 🤢 always flooded, filthy, and gross. ❌ Rooms on the ground floor smell horrible due to bad plumbing. ❌ Security is nonexistent – people walk in from the beach to sell drugs, steal, and use the facilities for free. ✅ Only good thing: the staff, very kind and hardworking. Everything else A complete disaster. 👎

A/C was not working for the bedroom, and there’s very limited areas around the resort with A/C. The line for the buffet was always very long to get in due to limited seating. The food was okay.
