That propety was ok

I have chosen this hotel for low price, but in reality Acapulco in general has been in restauration cause huracan Otis,

Mal servicio, mal encarados y con poca disponibilidad para resolver dudas. Deberían o cambiar a la gente de recepción o sugerirles que traten bien a los huéspedes.

Not crowded which was nice but the hotel could have been cleaner and cozier for the local currency.

Estaba a punto de caerse en pedazos , las cortinas rotas , los azulejos quebrados, las peores camas , el agua del piso del baño se salía , la peor experiencia de mi vida no aguante y me fui aparte de eso el servicio del check in lo dio una persona que no procesa correctamente su cabeza , tuve que cruzar la calle y rentar otro hotel publicidad engañosa

Very dirty shower had a leak one day no light no power

they don’t have phone un the room. and shampoo etc i got all-inclusive i was expecting. more they have lot limitations

Don’t stay here. The pictures of the property are from when it was first built. It reminded me of Cuba. Paint peeling, black mold in the showers and swimming pools. The air conditioning didn’t not work in our room so they gave us another room and the AC didn’t work there either. No drinks or food allowed in the pool area, limited food at the one restaurant. Cigarette burns in the furniture. The air intake vents were covered in dust so you basically breath that in. It literally looks like a Third World country hotel. They only redeeming thing is that the staff was nice. Not very accommodating but nice.

No wi-fi in the room…. Just elevator was working… the staff was friendly

They charged me 45 extra dollars for my kids, even though room was same rate on expedia for 4. When an expedia rep tried to contact property they refused to answer the phone and said they couldn't check emails. The room was hot and air barely worked. The pillow cases smelled like mildew. The pool looked really dirty, no iron, dirty towels

bed sheet was full of stains, there were even pubic hair in the bed, mattress / pillow / and blankett smelled badly, bathroom and toilet were in a disgusting condition, receptionist asked for 100 pesos deposit for room-key TV remote, btw. the remote did not even work with the old TV. in the morning when I woke up, I killed a cockroach in my room. when I told the receptionist at checkout, she just smiled and did not really care about it. the only positive thing about my stay: they put my luggage in a safe space after my check-out and so I could enjoy the last day in Acapulco until my late-night bus. I know, this is smth. that should not be mentionable, but I was surprised that there was at least smth OK.

No hot water, dirty towels, torn bed pillow sheets, bug in the room, elevators out of service,internet only in lobby, did not get the room i paid for...not enough pool lounge chairs. I checked out early and went to another hotel.

Although several employees around, only one (1) working & checking in. Child threw up & no one cleaned, until I complained, then someone was sent. Meanwhile people were stepping on it, if they didn't look. When we, other guests & I, asked why only one was checking in, we were looked at and ignored

Great location, nice pools please add Wi-Fi service

Stayed 4 days. No wifi. Parking is paid and located in the back which is sketchy but ok. Nights are loud with traffic and music. Pillows, towels, and sheets stink. They don't use fabric softener. Some bugs in the room. A ton of mosquitos in the elevators. Pools were super clean and I loved them all. Lots of trees for shade in the pool area so there's flowers leaves and some bugs in the pool but overall very clean water. 100 pesos for deposit for towels and remote control each. You get money back when you give them back. Service and housekeeping was good. Building is run down and needs remodel. Certain areas with mold but expected. Ask for extra toilet paper. Because a roll wont last more than a day. Location is great, less than 5 min walk to beach. Lots of stores and food places around. Would come back.

I visited this hotel almost 25 years ago and it was in good conditions I mean the rooms and the accommodations. Now the same hotel is almost horrible, old and very neglected the street entrance is fill with wholes and I wouldn't exaggerate if a rate it 2 stars. I won't recommended at all.

Good location, but the sound of the bars around te area is too high to sleep well.

The lobby was nice but everything else was run down and dirty. We tried two different rooms, both had black mold all over in the bathrooms, one had a dirty toilet, stains on the bedding dresser falling apart....not a good experience. We didn't eat the food.(nor did anyone else)
