Brand new property with large, clean, well decorated rooms, nice swimming pool, easy parking, pet friendly, safe area, easy walk to restaurants, friendly staff… definitely will return!

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the stuff was very helpful and nice. It was also close to the restaurants.

The breakfast buffet looked so amazing, but I did not partake....this time! LOL Just started a new workout/eating routine.. however, I did use the gym everyday and it was a really nice gym to use! I was super impressed! There were chocolate chip cookies in the lobby during certain times, it was very clean, they had water bottle water dispensers, the cleaning staff was very nice and the pool area was well used by everyone and looked phenomenal! Very clean and well kept! Rooms had coffee maker, micro and fridge... PERFECT for me! Desk staff was nice and the little snack bar in the lobby looked well stocked! Will definitely stay there again! Great location!!!

I liked how the floors were not carpeted. It made the room feel cleaner. The hotel overall was nice and clean and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Had to call if you wanted your room serviced--the dog hair in this motel was beyond ridiculous.

So disappointed with this hotel. We had 2 rooms and in both rooms beds were hard, Pillows flat, Bathroom doors don't close properly and no lock. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Friendly personal

The room was nice and the breakfast was ok. They need to cook the bacon more and the pancakes do not cook well. My biggest complaint is that on Saturday, the third day of our stay, I called for towels and did not get them until after we left the room. My husband could not shower because of it. He went to the front desk and the lady at the front desk told him they were coming, but witnessed her give a white woman with a kid towels and it upset him very much since he stressed that we needed to leave. We left 2 hours after requesting the towels and did not see the towels in our room until we got back that night. Very disappointing!!! That is the main reason for the score. Also, whoever did the breakfast that same day did not clean up that area or put out the spray for the waffle maker. It was filthy around that area.

Nice hotel surrounded by dining options, shopping. It seems to be in the center of every thing.

There were a lot of people with dogs. There was barking late into the night and early morning from inside the hotel. People even brought their dogs to the busy breakfast area. Employees were polite but not helpful when we asked for housekeeping on our 3-night stay.

Compact and convenient

My daughter and I were moving and had 2 cats that needed to stay with us. The hotel was being used by many other pet families. It was clean and quiet in our room even with the furry four legged family members. The staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the Wyndham in Flagstaff if you are in the area.

Excellent as always. There is a very strong smell of cleaning product throughout the hotel. The only complaint. Not sure what that is all about. Otherwise excellent.
