The room was a nice size. It was clean, it was very quiet. The hotel was in a good location and also it was at a great price.

Property is very convenient for Hamilton Train station, and the room was clean and had just about all you need. The front desk staff wasn't the most friendly, and the breakfast was okay at best. There was expired apple juice in the machine. Decent stay

Sink was super loose and coffee maker didn't work.

I like how I was able to check in early and also the front desk staff was nice and quick with the process. The room was clean and nice and upgraded. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were so thin and small and the outside hallways and elevated needed some upgrading.

The cost should be lower. Did not have hot water for my shower. The bathroom sink drain was VERY SLOW!! The stuffed chair had multiple stains on the seat cushion. Would DNA be in those stains? You couldn’t pay me enough to sit in that chair. Breakfast was zero protein…all carbs.

Not bad. I just didn't like the shower in the handicapped accessible bathroom meant for a wheelchair with all tiles that didn't look as clean as it could've been. I'm not handicapped, but couldn't get a different room on a higher floor due to the online booking in advance.

I have stayed here several times and always feel safe. This room seemed a bit smaller than previous times.

I was very pleased with this quality. The check in service was quick and easy, and the room was clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and stocked.

Needs upgrades & it’s dirty! The walls in the room were dirty, microwave on the outside full of dust, hairs in the tub, carpet had dust and dirt in the corners, chairs had stains!
