Very happy stay

Terriblebarea in napoles. Dirty, insecure.

Very conveniently located close to train and metro terminal. Great stay, just a bit hot in the room. Area is not great but seemed safe. Nice lobby with coffee, tea, and water, tv, bar, and patio. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly and professional. While the hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding was quite filthy.

Breakfast was fabulous. Breakfast staff friendly and hard working. All staff helpful and friendly. Very central location 5 minutes walk to trains and underground and busses. Great price for this hotel. Will book again. J Carter

Nice and clean property with friendly staff, only downside was area which didn't feel too safe even walking around in the daytime.

We only stayed one night at ibis Styles Napoli. We booked due to its proximity to the train station (5 min walk). We had a little trouble finding it but thankfully had good signage on building. Room was a little small but comfortable. Breakfast was really pleasant. Lots of seating available and an outdoor terrace. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a very good location for the activities that we wanted to do. A short walk to the central station was very handy. The room was clean and tidy, with a very good breakfast. Also a nice seating area inside and outside the property. The surrounding neighbourhood was a bit on the unpleasant side though. Also the late night trains made it difficult to get to sleep. All in all, great value for money, would stay again if we decided to return to Naples.

Staff were very lovely. Great and convenient space for the train station, so great for tourists who are there to see Pompeii. Was able to walk very easily to all other places in Naples. I can’t comment on the breakfast but the price out us off. There are loads of cafes near by which offered much cheaper options. I would stay here again.

Very convenient for Central Station and Garibaldi Square but not easy to find down a grotty side street. Hotel is next to railway lines. Room was small, especially the bathroom but this is the city centre. The bed was very hard! Breakfast reasonable continental style with scrambled egg available. Can sit outside. Staff very helpful for early check in and onward taxi booking.

Ibis hotel felt safe and secure and we had a very comfortable night. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. Reception called a taxi for us to leave for the airport in the morning, making it a quick and easy departure. 5/5 stars!

Clean. Good service. Colorful. Good breakfast.

The only difficulty we had was the shower. It was very small and had no safety bars. Difficult for older people. Otherwise we loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it.

No extras for sure. Small shower, small elevator. Overall clean and easily accessible to train station. Streets are very dirty

The hotel itself is good: the staff was really nice and friendly, the rooms were of a decent size and fairly clean. I think the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and it would have been nice if there was a fan. The area around the hotel was not great, I think maybe because it's by the train station. It was very dirty, and loud, and we didn't feel that safe walking around. We stayed in Napoli for ease of getting tours to other places, but probably wouldn't stay in Napoli again. The hotel is convenient for the train station.

great staff terrible area

The staff could not be better at this hotel! It’s clean and in a great location. Visit the fantastic restaurants in the area as well, especially laVera Cucina Napoletana. Wow! What a great experience.

Great stay for Naples! Would recommend.

We were here for one night as our flight to Naples arrived in the evening. Check in was super easy, and we had a lovely spacious room. Breakfast was great. AC also worked really well. Another nice touch is that there’s a kettle near reception where you can make yourself a coffee- handy! There’s also a 24h bar service, though we didn’t need to use it. Really recommend this hotel if in Naples, very convenient to main train station, and also close to port.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. We wanted to be near the train station for easy access to our train to Rome/Pompei/Sorrento so the area isn’t the prettiest but I still felt safe. Can’t emphasize enough how great the staff are!
