Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Only thing that should be improved is a hand rail to get out off the shower/bathtub.

-Room was very spacious. Nice greenery view from my hotel room. -Nice room and bathroom and very clean. -We went there to crash at night on our road trip so it was perfect. -They have a EV charging close by. -We arrived late in the hotel but the front desk was open and the folks at the reception was very nice. -I saw that there was a sauna but we did not have time to use it.

First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do!

Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay!

Staff very polite and friendly, brought a water bowl for my dog! Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Unfortunately there was quite a large insect colony in one celling corner.

The hotel is showing its age. Thing towels, mildew in the tub in the bathroom, not so clean carpeting.

Decent stay. This was just a quick over night with breakfast. Fit my needs, staff was nice and inviting (reception). Wouldnt mind staying again.

Very nice hotel in a perfect location, on an island in the Main River with a view of the city of Schweinfurt on the other side of the river. Beautiful, quiet, no traffic, and in walking distance of everything Schweinfurt has to offer.

Nice hotel in Schweinfurt. I stayed for business and it was everything I needed. The breakfast was good, the staf was friendly and the hotel was quiet.

Hotel is located just across the bridge from the city centre so easy walking to downtown. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Lots of parking. Very good breakfast.
