I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rather obnoxious staff, no information at point of booking that hotel lacks AC. My room was 25 degrees and windows locked so can only open a small crack. The windows were locked and staff not willing to unlock them as they see it as a risk and have a policy to declare their guests incapable of staying safe in a room with open windows. Totally crazy policy, no willingness to help by staff and I cancelled my Elite frequent customer account. Never staying with Elite again. A joke of a hotel chain and sad that I am made to feel like a 12 year old when I stayed there. Never felt like that with Strawberry, Hilton or Best Western. Would have been an easy fix but judging by previous reviews, this is not the first time.

Good property - no AC in my room. Shower was very difficult to use sprayed water all over the floor. Ceilings water stained - kinda old vibe in my room

Very good.

We arrived at the hotel a day late, we called to say this would be the case. On our arrival we were told they had given our room away. We were instead given a room without a window for the remaining 2 nights of our trip.

Beautiful interior

A brilliant hotel and excellent value for money. Our family room was large with a lovely bathroom and a separate bunk bed area for our two children. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide spread of food which was high quality

Very clean, super nice staff, a little further away from the city center than other places, but it was definitely worth it for a nicer accomodations. Would stay here again 100%

My first room was very small. The second room when I paid more was very nice.

What a beautiful hotel. It had the best breakfast buffet I've ever been to. There were selections for everything and the food was excellent. The hotel is just outside of the city center, but only a short walk to get to the action. There's a really nice park only a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
