Amazing location, kind staff…but boy do they need to soundproof this place. Noise from outside was nothing compared to the people above us stomping and scraping the floor until after 4sm both nights of our stay. We got no sleep.

Todo excelente, el Desayuno, la ubicación, el Cuarto, todo muy muy blen. Menos un recepcionista joven que nos tocó el día de la salida que nos dio malas indicaciones y de mala gana para la Estación del tren. Casi lo perdemos. Muy distinto al trato del señor del check in un señor más adulto de un trato excelente.

Room was smaller than advertised (and I am very used to staying in tiny rooms, this is not a huge issue for me but might be for you). The room was dirty upon arrival (lots of dust and even a few hairballs on the floor, stained pillow case). The AC worked perfectly and kept the room quite cool. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location is extremely favorable.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location

Very clean and located right in the heart of San Sebastián. Loved our stay. The staff was super helpful and all around delightful. Definitely one of my more convenient stays in all of Spain.

I should’ve done more investigation on this property before booking. It’s more of hostel than a hotel. And that was not my preference. The area isn’t ideal for exploring either. We entered our room and the shower appeared dirty and the view of a run down courtyard was not meeting expectations. I knew I could not stay there. The front desk attendant was fabulous. Although I had to forfeit one night’s stay I was able to get a refund for my second night. Unless a hostel is your thing, I recommend spending the extra $50-$100 per night at another hotel.

Staff very nice and hotel near city center.

Booked a superior double, as needed walk in shower. Shower overflowed. Toilet constantly ran water until you pressed it so many times to stop it running and if I’m Able I will attach photos of the room decor. Which I do not think is superior, by any stretch of the imagination. Location is ideal For looking around San Sebastián and breakfast was good.

Un hotel excelente, muy céntrico, cómodo, limpio, el desayuno exquisito. Muy cerca de la playa la concha caminando a 3 minutos. Excelente hubicación y el precio excelente. lo recomiendo 100% si vuelvo otra vez selecciono el mismo hotel. Excelente precio An excellent hotel, very central, comfortable, clean, and with an exquisite breakfast. Very close to La Concha Beach, a three-minute walk away. Excellent location and excellent price. I highly recommend it. If I return, I will choose the same hotel.

Convenient location, modern design, friendly and helpful staff

The Superior Twin is a great room at the corner of the building with 2 small balconies. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in Spain! We would stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location with easy walks to the beach or old town. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and more spacious than we expected. Definitely would book this one again!

Cleaning lady did an excellent job. Property well located, but room pretty small. Breakfast average, coffee mugs dirty.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from La Concha Beach. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the old town. Hotel staff were very helpful with information and restaurant suggestions.

Hotel is in a great position to explore San Sebastián both for La Concha beach and old town, the hotel is ok without being spectacular- fine for a 2 night stay - we didn’t eat or drink in hotel
