Sunsets from the Club house onnthe Marina are beautiful.

We asked a question about drying our clothes on the app and noone ever rea hed out. The toilet paper had no holder and the side cabinet was broken where the microwave is. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We loved walking around the lighthouse and the docks.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful property. Pool, bar, restaurant, lobby and room very nice. Easy parking. Property has so much to offer.

Amazing hotel with a terrible service

We love our stay, the only thing is that the pools are a little smaller than I thought; and they took a long time to serve our dinner at the restaurant.

Great time at Faro Blanco. Food was excellent and accommodations were perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Nice and clean. Staff could be friendlier. One bartender makes for a long wait time for a drink, but they work hard. Surprise parking, pool and resort fees on check in weren’t cool. Great sunset views though.

No wash cloths, phone didn’t work, shower Fawcett was very loose in the wall and poor water pressure

Very clean and staff was excellent! Great views of the water at the restaurant on site. We had a great experience only note is there is no microwave in the room in case you have kids or need to warm something up. Other than that no complaints will stay again.

Loved how tranquil it was. The room was amazing. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We didn’t book anything until the day of getting there and they were the only place willing to even try to Accommodate us.

Beautiful location on water, rooms are nice with comfortable beds. Pool is nice. Grounds are clean with beautiful landscaping. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my time at this property. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Room was ready for check in before the check in time. Property is beautiful and being in Marathon, access to everything the Keys has to offer. Only slight would be room initially could’ve been a little clean, other than that, no other complaints. Would recommend, and will be staying again in the future.

After staying at The Reach in Key West I came with high expectations but understood they don’t have the same amenities. Let’s just say they make this place look better than it is via social media, it is lack luster at best. It is a typical road trip hotel where you stop, other than that… nothing special at all. Bartender was not friendly, I was treated like I wasn’t worthy of their time. I treat people well especially service staff that treat me well. I was so turned off I just took my drink to go and ate somewhere else. To charge a resort fee on top of it all is an absolute joke. If you need a place to stay on your drive down to key west, worth the stay but it’s nothing to brag home about.

First time in Marathon. Weather was great as was the hotel and staff. All staff went out of their way to greet us and ask us how our stay was going. Excellent meals.

I just wish I'd had more time to enjoy it! Will definitely be back.

Terrific hands-on and friendly Operations Manager (A.J.)…most all of the staff were extremely well-trained in hospitality. There were a few however that were noticeably untrained, either new or lazy. Would highly recommend having coffee service available in the main building near the spa. The coffee site in the other building was not always convenient nor staffed all the time and often, when it was, the person did not know English or how to prepare and ring up the order. Did not like pets in the main dining areas. Pools were delightful and clean, as were the grounds and buildings. Restaurant and pool bar were excellent. Security appeared slack… anyone can come into the lodging building, use the pools or roam the halls, as a side door and a few other entrances were unlocked when we came and went. Most resorts have guests wear wrist bands to identify them as paying guests. Also, parked cars don’t have to have a guest tag to place on the car mirror or dash…why is there a daily parking fee if anyone can park there. Overall, during our 10-day stay, the good/great outweighed the not so good, and I would still return as well as recommend to others.
