The room was great for my wife and one daughter, clean plenty of parking, free breakfast for all three. I will definitely go back again for the price and the quality. The only down (and the hotel is NOT to blame for it) is how close to Hwy-99 traffic noise and railroad tracks.

The room was clean and non smoking. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

No bottle given or even a vending machine to buy one. No hand soap in the room. Staff said they were out of it. Not worth the money.

Good experience overall

To start, I received a text message asking if I would like to save time and check in in advance. I received notification that my check in was complete and I just needed to pick up my room key. After waiting 45 minutes, the front desk attendee asks me for all of the information that I gave at the pre check in. He has no clue what I’m talking about, so now I’m worried that I gave all of my personal information to some sort of spam/scam/fraud. We get to our room and it smells like smoke. Not the comfiest, glad we’re only staying one night. Not to mention, there’s absolutely not one light on in the parking lot. At night it is pitch black. Definitely not comfortable for myself and my daughter as we made the trek to Merced for my sisters graduation. Very disappointed with the experience & will never return again.

great hotel, amazing location, near freeway and multi fast food options right next door. super freindly staff, quick checkin online or in person! nice remodeled rooms , with comfy bed, wifi, cable tv and more.

Great customer service

When we first got there, our room Keyes did not want to work whatsoever. They “fixed” them four times and they still didn’t work, they then switched us to other rooms on the other side of the hotel and there was a strong malodor. After we complained about that, they showed us our original rooms by opening up the doors with a pair of screwdrivers. Those rooms weren’t any better either. which resulted in us having to book another hotel 10 minutes away. DO NOT PAY THE GUARANTEED RESERVATION FEE THROUGH EXPEDIA. - I paid extra for a guaranteed reservation through Expedia, and we where told at the place of booking that this fee was totally worthless, that we where gonna be given whatever room was left.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I had specifically requested a first-floor room due to a knee issue, but the location ended up being right next to the freeway and an open alley with no barrier to public access. Around midnight, people were loudly yelling outside our room, asking for alcohol. Although we called the front desk, the group dispersed before staff arrived. Throughout the night, the noise from passing cars, pedestrians, and general foot traffic was extremely disruptive—I woke up multiple times and couldn’t get any restful sleep. The lack of security and open access to the hotel area was concerning. Vehicles and rooms are left exposed, and it felt like anyone could just walk through the property. I strongly urge management to prioritize guest safety and peace by adding better barriers or walls, increasing security presence, and ensuring guests can truly relax during their stay.

Great experience

Staff was very attentive. I received several personalized text message comunications leading up to my stay, and my late arrival for check in was no problem. Included parking and hot breakfast were much appreciated. Room was clean.

Clean room, friendly staff. Door key didn’t work, we had to wait a while to get a room. Given key to an occupied room. Final room had broken light by vanity mirror.

Great Place

I have a disability and requested a first floor they gave me 2nd floor and refused to transfer me … 2 rooms under me were vacant the whole time .. no management available from desk were not friendly or had customer service experience. Glad I don’t have to come back again.

Check in was very long, took 20-30 minutes. There was a long line but other than everything else was fine
