The 2 ladies working that night were amazing. We had an issue n our room amd they went above and beyond to resolve it!

Did not like anything! It was dirty, the room smelled, showed us another room and it was just as bad. Furniture looked like it was found at a junk sale. People hanging around the hotel looked like transients. Was not safe to say the least! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. We did Not stay, had to walk and find another hotel. Not a way to start a vacation. Expedia this hotel should be taken off of your site! Just terrible. They want to charge me for One night when we never stayed there. Still Waiting to hear if I’m going to get my FULL refund.

Near enough to downtown and Truist for relatively affordable rideshares or driving if you're brave. Rooms likely all have the same odor, given the cleaning staff all having a cigarette addiction. Overall acceptable and no surprises for the price.

This motel is not clean. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to move to another room due to bugs.also carpet was dirty and air conditioner was propped up with a piece of wood. Had to find another room at 1.30 in the morning. Also i couldnt get out of the reservation so I was stuck I wouldn't recommend Hotel.com nor this hotel

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. TV was disappointing. Only allowed to watch three or four channels.

The Front Desk staff was amazingly kind and helpful and professional. Breakfast was decent pretty standard. The mattress was not very comfortable, felt like it was probably older. Linens were nice and clean, but the shower was dirty and had hair in it. It’s also just pretty rundown overall. I wanted to swim in the pool, but it looked not very clean so I didn’t use that either.

The place is in desperate need of maintenance. I booked a Jr suite with a King bed and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa was disgusting! Dirty, stained and it had cigarette burn holds in it. To gross to even seat on it. Our room had several water damaged walls. I shower curtain needed to be changed. The coffee maker inside the room was missing the coffee pot. The TV remotes were missing the battery covers.

Hotel had a musty odor all through out hotel. Other than that, stay was good. Staff was nice and Breakfast was decent

The property is old, dirty and stinks. The area feels unsafe. However, the staff is competent, nice and friendly.

Smelled like mold hallway ceiling tiles missing seem out dated and staff not friendly i dont recommend this hotel

the staff were great. The room was awful. Door broken, no trash bag, had to exchange towels for clean ones, ask for tissue, toilet paper, plunger for toilet, room key never worked, no sink stopper, faucet squirted water etc

The sink and toilet overflowed there was water everywhere ands there was a smell in the room from the carpet continuously get wet bd not being clean I did not enjoy my stay at all

The 1st room had cob webs, dirty sheets, molded possible chicken nugget on floor, hair balls on floor, lamps torn n stained with food, trash n open candy from previous guests on floor. 2nd room- door handle fell off locking me in room and my kids in hallway Fridge dirty, No TV at all simply wouldn’t work Owner said I was “picky” and told us to leave 11pm at night if expected refund which I have not received

Worst hotel I have ever been dust and mold everywhere! Breakfast old my kids got sick after staying on this hotel !!! AVOID STAYING THERE UNLESS IF YOU WANT TO GET SICK! Pictures will talk for itself !

I didn't like the vibe, it felt dirty, there was trash in the elevator. The lady in the front desk felt like she was there for a check. The rooms had like a cigarette smell. Would not return.

Breakfast was our favorite part. The attendant was very kind and helpful. The room was dirty in my opinion and its because the floors in the bathroom were dirty, there were old cob webs on the walls, and the bathrub was also not pleasant. The people were nice, but the hotel itself could use some attention.

I enjoyed my 5 day 4 night stay here at the comfort inn it was quiet it did have an unpleasant smell in the hallway but once I entered my room it was clean and I didn’t smell anything. The breakfast was not the best and the second day it did make me nauseous. But beside that. Great stay at the Comfort inn I would go back

The lady who helped us check in was great... however, the hotel was run down and did not reflect pictures online. There was a STRONG accent of Marijuana in the hallways. It was sketchy enough that we left despite the room not being refundable and went somewhere else. Would not recommend at all

Dirty and blow dryer wasnt working, acruallu a fire hazard!
