We visited family during Christmas and didn’t have any breakfast at the hotel.

Check in was a nightmare. They use a outdated old system. Maling it impossible to get out the key. On a pre-booked and pre-paid room. A code they claimed to have been sendt to either my e-mail or to SMS did never arrived The there was a request to fill in nationality. When I did this, the whole system locked itself shut. Hotelrooms were clean. Breakfast was average minus. Finally a person fra a nearby hotel arrived and managed to check me in. It seems to be in 6th floor. Without lift. She understood my mobility problem. And managed to find another room. Its was a freezing cold room. But by using two blankets one could finally get some sleep. Stay away at all costs!

Booking and check -in worked well, Check-in even better tan ecpected. The bereakfast was excellent, The room vas OK, evebn we had rfeserved "Eeconmy" All over: our stay was just a pleasure

Clean room

Dripping sound in the room radiator kept me awake.

Room was clean, well appointed and quiet. Got a great nights sleep.

I do feel comfortable and welcom only where I am received by a friendly human being.

Rooms are a bit basic but the breakfast buffet is amazing.

The hotel is about a 5 min walk from the transport services. We got the 42 from the airport to Sandnes bus station and the hotel is visible from there. The train to Stavanger is also in the bus area too so this made going out for the day really easy to navigate. We were on the top floor with some good landscape views. Breakfast was nice enough and plenty of bits to choose from

Great location, easy self service late check-in (arrived at 1am). I was able to arrange bag storage for the afternoon whilst exploring Sandnes. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Perfect for my overnight stay.

The hotel was OK. It's an older building with some modern updates. Our room had no apparent heating or cooling and got quite stuffy.

Awful service! The email with my entry code they sent day after we left. If if weren’t for a kind person helping me with his phone I would still be without a room. The room itself was okay clean, but paper thin walls made for a loud night. I wish I could get my money back.

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I loved the bunk beds for the kids. The electricity flickered a few times, not good.

The 6th floor does not have elevator, so you have to carry your luggage one floor

Staff was very accommodating.
