missing lights at the entry of the room

The property was in a great spot also very clean. Love that it was in walking distance to catch the trolley. The Staff were so nice and friendly. Shimain was awesome she was very understanding we had car trouble and got there later and she understood Thank so much for being KIND!

I was worried because some of the reviews but the staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating, greeted us every time we came back into the hotel. Let us check in early after a 18 hr drive(VERY THANKFUL FOR THAT). The stop for the street car we needed the most was only a block away. We used the valet services and had no problems, we only took the car for out of downtown activities. The Valet does not use the parking lot behind the hotel, that parking lot is a 3rd party parking lot(FYI). The breakfast was fresh. They tried to mix up the options day by day even by a little. It’s in a downtown area but I live in Omaha, I’m use to the strange things that happen in downtown areas. I was here a week. It was mostly quiet, except Friday and Saturday morning around 9 am when everyone was getting breakfast. Overall a good experience and would recommend staying here.

Poor service and the rooms did not have tv remotes. The Manager and the CEO was rude and No help at all with any questions. I do not recommend anyone stay at this Hotel.

All the employees are very nice and welcoming!!

We appreciated the help from staff to hold our luggage till we could check in and also when we checked out. Staff was readily available to help with luggage to load in vehicle. Recommendation : remove the coffee makers in the room if they are not working. There was coffe available in the lounge 👍

Doing some traveling around the country on public transportation and needed something nearby the train station but close to places can walk to. This is a nice affordable hotel with friendly welcoming staff. Clean and decently quiet room and a nice complimentary breakfast with sausage eggs potatoes assorted fruits milk and juices pancake maker yogurt and breads like cinnamon rolls and also cereal and oatmeal. Well worth it and enjoyed my stay.

The day we arrived the main door wss closed and we yave to wait like 15 minutes to get in. 12:30 am

In the first room we were in, the toilet hadn't even been flushed, much less cleaned. I went to take a shower, giving the other a once off, just to find hair and other things in the tub.. Needless to say, we ended up in a second room.....

We have stayed here once about 7 years ago, and since then they have remodeled the property. Obviously they have made a lot more rooms, but at the expense of making them smaller. The hallways are a maze, hard to find your way around. Our room’s only window looked out into a hallway. The water pipes in the wall made extremely loud noises, very disturbing during the night. The staff was very kind and accommodating, but the remodeled hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

We arrived at 11pm, and that night's room had a sour smelling bathroom, like wet old towels. We also couldn't tell what kind of neighborhood we were in in the dark. First thing in the morning, we asked for a different room, and soon moved. We had a terrific experience from then on. The bathroom was clean, no odors, AC worked, and it was quiet! We felt safe walking around during the day, the neighborhood was great and the WWII Museum was a 3 minute walk away! Front desk people were exceptionally helpful.

I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to check me in . The rooms were clean enough , but somewhat small . Breakfast was less than adequate . I understand that it was a busy weekend , but staff seemed unprofessional with their attitudes.I would suggest looking at other options .

Good place and worth it

Stayed here to catch some Mardi Gras parades. Great choice for Mardi Gras. At the end of the routes so my kids made out like bandits as far as throws go.

The staff was very pleasant to communicate with. They weren’t afraid to explain where things were in the city. It made our experience very comfortable. We will stay again if we are every back in this area!

The room was so humid that our bedding was damp, and it did not cool down the whole night. When maintenance came and looked, water was dripping out of the ceiling. We switched rooms and in the second room, the tub was chipped and cracked, and there was water damage on the ceiling in the room. The staff was very accommodating but ultimately we had to move hotels. We did receive a full refund for our stay which was appreciated.

It was so hot in this hotel I couldn’t sleep. In addition they didn’t clean the room everyday like they were suppose too. It would have been okay if I could sleep at night but it was so hot that is what the hotel unbearable.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bunk-bed was unique and a big hit with the kids. Area surrounding the hotel sketchy, and all parking is expensive.
