Checking into the hotel was quick and easy, the room was fair - clean but the air quality was poor and the carpet in the room is disgusting, needs serious cleaning.It is not suitable for allergy sufferers.
We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the cruise port and the area has plenty of conveniences - it's acrosss the Bayside Market, lots of coffee shops, dining, shopping and entertainment.
The majority of the guests are cruise travelers, so the day of departure trying to check out and get on an elevator took us 30 minutes. With only 2 working elevators of the 3 and poor air conditioning in common areas, it was a nightmare. I dont recommend waiting close to check out time to depart. Also and uber/taxi to the port will run you around $30.
This hotel needs a serious upgrade especially for what they charge to stay overnight.
